[cze][eng] Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapovat a následně porovnat přístup v prevenci dekubitů na odděleních operačních a neoperačních oborů zdravotnických zařízení. Dekubity dnes stále patří mezi nejčastější chronické rány a pacienti ohrožení rizikem jejich vzniku se vyskytují napříč všemi odděleními. Empirická část bakalářské práce byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Pro sběr dat byla zvolena technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly vedeny se sestrami pracujícími na odděleních operačních a neoperačních oborů ve dvou jihočeských nemocnicích. Po zpracování získaných dat byly výsledky výzkumného šetření rozděleny do 3 kategorií, které byly dále členěny na podkategorie. Výsledky práce nepřinesly pouze informace o odlišnosti přístupu v prevenci dekubitů mezi odděleními operačních a neoperačních oborů, ale zásadní rozdíl vyšel najevo také ve srovnání oddělení operačních oborů mezi sledovanými nemocnicemi. Z výsledků práce vyplynulo, že sestry z oddělení neoperačních oborů se v porovnání se sestrami z oddělení operačních oborů mnohem aktivněji vzdělávají v problematice dekubitů, která je však aktuální i na odděleních operačních oborů. Dále bylo zjištěno, že sestry z oddělení operačních oborů mají na rozdíl od sester z oddělení neoperačních oborů deficit znalostí v polohování pacientů s hemiparézou či hemiplegií. I s těmito pacienty se však sestry na odděleních operačních oborů běžně setkávají a měly by jim tedy umět poskytnout kvalitní péči i v rámci prevence dekubitů. Zjištěné rozdíly se týkaly hodnocení rizika vzniku dekubitů před operačním výkonem a v uplatňování preventivních opatření za účelem prevence dekubitů vzniklých v perioperačním období. Dosažené výsledky kvalitativního výzkumného šetření mohou sloužit jako podnět pro zlepšení managementu prevence dekubitů ve zdravotnických zařízeních, a tím tak zvýšit kvalitu poskytované ošetřovatelské péče. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map and subsequently compare the approach in the prevention of pressure ulcers in the departments of surgical and non-surgical fields of health facilities. Today, pressure ulcers are still among the most common chronic wounds, and patients at risk of developing them occur across all wards. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis has been processed by the method of qualitative research. The semi-structured interview technique was chosen for data collection. Interviews were conducted with nurses working in the departments of surgical and non-surgical fields in two South Bohemian hospitals. After processing the obtained data, the results of the research survey were divided into 3 categories, which were further divided into subcategories. The results of the thesis not only provided information on the differences in the approach in the prevention of pressure ulcers among departments of surgical and nonsurgical fields, but a fundamental difference also emerged in the comparison of departments of surgical fields between the monitored hospitals. The differences found concerned the assessment of the risk of pressure ulcers before surgery and the application of preventive measures to prevent pressure ulcers during the perioperative period.The results of the thesis have shown that nurses from the department of nonsurgical fields are much more actively educated in the issue of pressure ulcers, which is also relevant in the departments of surgical fields. Furthermore, it has been found that nurses from the department of surgical specialties, in contrast to nurses from the department of non-surgical specialties, have a deficit of knowledge in positioning patients with hemiparesis or hemiplegia. However, even these patients are commonly encountered by nurses in the operating wards and should therefore be able to provide them with quality care in the prevention of pressure ulcers. The achieved results of qualitative research can serve as an incentive to improve the management of pressure ulcer prevention in health care facilities and thus increase the quality of nursing care provided.
