[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teorie se zaměřuje na anatomii trachey, typy tracheostomických kanyl s popisem jednotlivých částí a velký důraz je kladen na nejnovější poznatky v ošetřovatelské péči. Cílem empirické části bylo zmapovat zkušenosti sester s péčí o pacienta s tracheostomickou kanylou na standardních odděleních a odděleních intenzivní péče. Výzkum proběhl skrze polostandardizované rozhovory se sestrami pracujícími na oddělení Následné intenzivní péče, Anesteziologicko - resuscitačních lůžkách a oddělení Otorinolaryngologie. Informanti byli vybráni metodou Snowball Sampling a přes sociální skupinu na síti Facebook. Následně jim byly pokládány otázky směřující na jejich zkušenosti v péči o TSK. Teoretické saturace bylo dosaženo při počtu 10 informantů. Ze získaných dat vyplynulo, že kovový typ kanyl je doménou standardního oddělení. Naopak v intenzivní péči se setkáme s plastovým druhem. Dále bylo zjištěno, že na zvoleném standardním oddělení se využívá otevřený způsob odsávání, na zbylých uzavřený. Z empirické části jsme došli k závěru, že sestry pečující o peristomální pokožku využívají rozdílné materiály a přípravky a ne všichni informanti převazují TSK sterilně. V oblasti péče o dýchací cesty se sestry standardních i intenzivních lůžek shodují v inhalaci látek a zvlhčování vzduchu, avšak způsob podání se liší. Odlišnost nalezneme také v přípravě pomůcek a poloze pacienta při výměně TSK a její dekanylaci. V otázce, kde nabyly sestry zkušeností v péči o TSK, jsme získali téměř jednotnou odpověď, kterou byla praxe na oddělení. Tato práce poskytuje informace o komplexní péči o pacienta s tracheostomickou kanylou a komparuje péči na standardních a intenzivních lůžkách. Výstupem práce je brožura s názvem "Jak pečovat o tracheostomickou kanylu?" This bachelor´s thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on tracheal anatomy, types of tracheostomy cannulas with a description of individual parts and puts a big emphasis on the latest knowledge in nursing care. The purpose of the theoretical part was to describe the experience of a nurse taking care of patients in a standard and intensive care unit. A research was realized through semi-structure interview with nurses who work on follow - up intensive care, departement of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation, departement of Otorhinolaryngology. An informants were selected by the Snowball Sampling method and through a social group on Facebook. The theoretical saturation was achieved with a number of 10 informants. The obtained data showed that the metal type of cannula is a domain of a standard unit. On the other hand, plastic cannulas are used in the intensive care unit. It was further found out that the selected standard departement uses an open suctioning and other units use a closed suctioning. From the empirical part we know that the nurses taking care of peristomal skin are using different materials and substances and not everyone is doing the tracheostomy cannula sterilization. The nurses match in inhalation and humidification in the care of respiratory system, however the way of deliver differs. The method of preparation of aids and patient´s position during the tracheostomy cannula exchange differs, same as the process of decannulation. In the question of where the nurses gained the experience in taking care of patients with tracheostomy tube, we got almost an uniform answer, which was the practise in the departement. This bachelor´s thesis provides information about complex care of patient with tracheostomy tube and it compares the care on the standard and intensive departement. An output of the thesis is a brochure with a title "How to take care of a tracheostomy cannula?"
