Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o fyziologické novorozence v období poporodní adaptace zpohledu rodičů a dětských sester. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána péče o fyziologické novorozence v poporodní adaptaci, fyziologie poporodní adaptace novorozence, role dětských sester a porodní plány. Praktická část zahrnuje zpracování a vyhodnocení výsledků získaných ve výzkumném šetření. Pro bakalářskou práci byly stanoveny dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo popsat klíčové a nejčastěji diskutované body péče o novorozence na porodním sále a částečně na úseku péče o fyziologické novorozence. Druhým cílem bylo identifikovat ty části péče, které jsou nejčastěji zdrojem nesouladu mezi představou rodičů a zdravotníků. Pro naplnění těchto cílů byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Rozhovor obsahoval 42 otázek a byl proveden s deseti participantkami. Bylo vybráno pět dětských sester pracujících na neonatologickém oddělení a pět matek hospitalizovaných po porodu na stanici šestinedělí. Na základě výsledků bylo zjištěno, že mezi nejčastější diskutované body v péči o novorozence patří především komunikace ohledně celkové péče a postupů. Matky mají mnohokrát specifická přání ohledně dekontaminace spojivkového vaku a formy podání vitaminu K novorozenci. V těchto bodech byl zjištěn nesoulad, i přes tyto nejčastější body je dále zmiňováno vyšetření novorozence na hrudi matky. Z výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že nejčastějším zdrojem nesouladu mezi představami rodičů a zdravotníků je jen nedostatek validních informací ohledně celkové péče o novorozence. The bachelor thesis deals with the care of physiological newborns in the period of postpartum adaptation from the perspective of parents and nurses. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the care of physiological newborns in postpartum adaptation, the physiology of postpartum adaptation of the newborn, the role of nurses and birth plans. The practical part includes the processing and evaluation of the results obtained in the research survey. Two goals were set for the bachelor thesis. The first goal was to describe the key and most frequently discussed points of care for newborns in the delivery room and partly in the area of physiological newborns. The second goal was to identify those parts of care that are most often a source of discrepancies between the perception of parents and health professionals. A semi-structured interview was chosen to meet these objectives. The interview contained 42 questions and was conducted with ten participants. Five pediatric nurses working in the neonatology ward and 5 mothers hospitalized after giving birth at the sextuplet station were selected. Based on the results, it was found that the most common points discussed in newborn care are mainly communication about overall care and procedures. Mothers sometimes have specific wishes regarding decontamination of the conjunctival sac and the form of vitamin K administration to the newborn. The most common discrepancy was found in these points, and despite these the most common points, the examination of the newborn on the mother's chest is mentioned.
