[cze][eng] Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaká mají přínos komunitní centra pro seniory. V teoretické části byly vysvětleny základní pojmy jako je stáří, stárnutí, potřeby seniorů a komunikace s nimi. Dále se teoretická část zabývala periodizací stáří dle různých autorů a byly popsány jednotlivé aspekty stáří. Výzkumná otázka byla zodpovězena v praktické části a týkala se toho, čím komunitní centrum přispívá seniorům. Dílčí výzkumná otázka se zabývala tím, jaký vnímají senioři přínos komunitního centra. Pro naplnění cíle byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Pomocí záměrného výběru byly vybrány výzkumné soubory. Předem byla stanovena kritéria pro výběr komunikačních partnerů. K vyhodnocení získaných dat byla použita metoda otevřeného kódování. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že senioři, kteří navštěvující komunitní centrum se lépe začleňují do společnosti a mohou tak využít volný čas. Komunitní centrum jim dává prostor realizovat různé aktivity a zároveň se zúčastňovat odborných přednášek, které jsou pořádány v rámci komunitního centra. Z výzkumu se dá usuzovat, že dotazovaní toto komunitní centrum rádi navštěvují a pomohlo jim to navázat nové kontakty, které by jinak nevznikly. Výzkum ukázal, že jako přínos aktivit senioři vnímají například rozvoj jemné motoriky pomocí různých aktivit, jako je například háčkováni. Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou sloužit jako zpětná vazba pro zařízení, kde byl realizován výzkum. Význam může mít také pro seniory, kteří zvažují pobytový typ zařízení, výběr mezi zařízení s možností komunitního centra, nebo zařízení bez komunitního centra.The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out what benefits the community centres for elderly citizens have. The basic concepts such as old age, aging, the needs of elderly citizens and communication with them were explained in the theoretical part. Furthermore, the theoretical part delt with the periodization of old age on the bases of diverse authors and particular aspects of old age were described. The research question concerning contributions of community centres to senior citizens was answered in the practical part. A partial research question dealt with perception of the benefits of a community centre by the senior citizens. A qualitative research strategy, a method of questioning and a semi-structured interview technique were chosen to fulfil the main goal. Research files were selected with the method of deliberate selection. Criteria for the selection of community centres were set in advance. The method of open coding was used to evaluate the extracted data. The research has shown that senior citizens who visit the community centre are integrated into society and can use their free time much better. The community centre offers them space for implementing various activities and simultaneously participating in professional lectures, which are organized within the community centre. The conclusion based on the research seems to prove that the respondents like to visit the community centre and it helped them to establish new relationships that would not exist otherwise. The research has shown that elderly citizens perceive the development of motor skills through various activities such as crocheting as a benefit of the activities. The results of the bachelor thesis can serve as a feedback for the facility where the research was carried out. It may also be useful for senior citizens who are considering a residential type of the facility, a choice between a facility with the community centre, or a facility without one.
