[cze][eng] Téma bakalářské práce je "Stanovení klidového energetického výdeje metodou nepřímé kalorimetrie". Metoda nepřímé kalorimetrie se považuje za zlatý standard při určování klidového energetického výdeje, který může dále sloužit jako východisko k nastavení optimálního energetického příjmu pro sestavení léčebných diet, a často se porovnává s prediktivními rovnicemi, se kterými je určení klidového energetického výdeje jednodušší a méně časově náročné. Sběr dat byl uskutečněn kvantitativní metodou měřením na nepřímé kalorimetrii, hodnocením zápisů stravy a vyplněných dotazníků a získáním antropometrických údajů. Výzkumný soubor se skládá z 10 respondentů oslovených přes hromadnou e-mailovou korespondenci nebo osobně. Hlavním cílem práce je srovnání výsledků měření metodou nepřímé kalorimetrie s přepočtenými výsledky prediktivní rovnice Harrise-Benedicta na hodnoty klidového energetického výdeje. Dílčím cílem je zmapování odlišnosti výsledků měření na základě složení stravy respondentů. Společně s tímto cílem je zmapovaná odlišnost příjmu energie oproti vypočtené energetické potřebě a jako poslední je zmapovaná odlišnost výsledků měření vlivem tělesného složení respondentů. Výsledkem výzkumu práce je potvrzení odchylky +-10 % mezi měřenými a vypočtenými hodnotami klidového energetického výdeje, kterou uvádí také autoři publikací na podobné téma. Dále je ve výzkumu patrná odchylka 18,34 % mezi zapsaným příjmem energie a energetickou potřebou s tendencí podhodnocování příjmu stravy. Z práce vyplývají také vztahy mezi výsledky měření a procentuálním složením stravy i tělesným složením respondentů. Vztahy vycházejí z lineárních spojnic trendu, které naznačují, zaprvé - růst měřených hodnot při větším podílu bílkovin a sacharidů ve stravě a vyšším zastoupením svalové hmoty v těle, a zadruhé - klesání měřených hodnot při větším podílu tuků ve stravě a vyšším zastoupením tukové tkáně v těle.The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Determination of resting energy expenditure by indirect calorimetry". The method of indirect calorimetry is considered the gold standard for determining resting energy expenditure, which can further serve as a basis for setting optimal energy intake for the design of therapeutic diets, and is often compared with predictive equations, with which the determination of resting energy expenditure is simpler and less time-consuming. Data collection was performed by quantitative methods by measuring on indirect calorimetry, assessing dietary records and completed questionnaires, and obtaining anthropometric data. The research population consisted of 10 respondents approached through mass email correspondence or in person. The main aim of the study is to compare the results of the indirect calorimetry method with the recalculated results of the Harris-Benedict predictive equation on resting energy expenditure values. A sub-objective is to map the differences in measurement results based on the diet composition of the respondents. Together with this objective, the dissimilarity of energy intake versus calculated energy requirement is mapped, and lastly, the dissimilarity of measurement results due to respondents' body composition is mapped. As a result of the research, the deviation of +-10% between the measured and calculated values of resting energy expenditure is confirmed, which is also reported by authors of publications on a similar topic. Furthermore, the research shows a deviation of 18.34% between the recorded energy intake and energy requirement with a tendency to underestimate dietary intake. The study also shows relationships between the measurement results and the percentage of diet and body composition of the respondents. The relationships are based on linear trend lines, which indicate, first - an increase in measured values with a higher proportion of protein and carbohydrate in the diet and a higher proportion of lean body mass, and second - a decrease in measured values with a higher proportion of fat in the diet and a higher proportion of adipose tissue in the body.
