Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie pro ovlivnění bolestí hlavy vertebrogenní etiologie. Terapie všech pacientů je založena na stejném principu a podobném přístupu, resp. manuální ošetření zkrácených a přetížených svalů, ovlivnění dechového stereotypu, náprava základních pohybových stereotypů, zapojení hlubokého stabilizačního systému skrze vybrané cviky a provádění autoterapie zadané pacientce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomickými strukturami, které přímo souvisí s danou problematikou, dále je popsán klinický obraz a diferenciální diagnostika bolestí hlavy, prevalence a možnosti fyzioterapie. Praktickou část tvoří cvičební jednotka, sestavená z metodik v teoretické části, a samotný výzkum, zpracovaný kvalitativní formou, složený ze vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření společně s průběhem terapie tří pacientek podobného věku. Na základě vstupního vyšetření byla každé pacientce sestavena cvičební jednotka, kterou měla za úkol si cvičit třikrát týdně. Výzkum probíhal po dobu dvou měsíců a u dvou ze tří pacientek mohlo být uskutečněno celkem osm sezení, první pacientka se kvůli onemocnění COVID-19 nemohla dostavit na dvě terapie. Na konci každé kazuistiky je vytvořen souhrn průběhu terapie a její dosažený efekt. Následně se věnuji diskuzi, ve které shrnuji poznatky z teoretické části a výsledky z části praktické, dále zde zahrnuji vybrané publikace nedávného data orientované na bolestí hlavy a její léčby. Práce je zakončena shrnutím výsledků a seznamem použitých zdrojů. This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapeutic intervetion of headaches of vertebrogenic etiology. The therapy of all patients is based off of the same principle and a similar approach resp. manual treatment of overworked and shortened muscles, adjusting the breathing stereotype, correcting basic movement stereotypes, engaging of the deep stabilisation system through picked exercises and exercising autotherapy given to the patient. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on anatomical structures related to the issue, following is the clinical picture and differential diagnosis of headaches, prevalence and possibilities of physiotherapy. Practical part is comprised of the exercise unit, made using the methods from the theoretical part, and the actual research, processed in the qualitative form, containing the entry and final kinesiological examination alongside the course of therapy of three female patients of similar age. Based on the entry kinesiological examination each patient had their exercise unit tailored for them, which the patient was instructed to exercise three times a week. The research was planned for two months, with two out of three patients having the total of 8 sessions, the first patient was unable to attend two therapies due to COVID-19 infection. There is a summary and the achieved effect described at the end of each case study. Next i focus on discussion, in which i summarize the aspects of the theoretical part with the results of the practical part, i also include a few recent publications focused on headaches and way of treating them. The thesis is finished with a summary and a list of used sources.
