[cze][eng] Má práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde popisuji vymezení pojmu senior, dále jsem se věnovala stáří a stárnutí, popsala jsem například změny ve stáří. V poslední kapitole se zabývám pojmem potřeby. Zde jsou rozděleny sociální potřeby v souvislosti s kvalitou života ve stáří, je zde uvedena Maslowova pyramida potřeb. Jednotlivé potřeby jsou zde podrobně popsány. Ve druhé části své bakalářské práce uvádím cíl práce, jímž je zmapování naplnění sociálních potřeb klientů ve vybraných domovech pro seniory z jejich pohledu. Jsou zde uvedeny také výzkumné otázky, jak jsou z pohledu klientů sociálních služeb pro seniory naplněny jejich sociální potřeby, jak jsou z pohledu zaměstnanců naplněny sociální potřeby klientů a jaké jsou rozdíly mezi jednotlivými domovy pro seniory v naplňování sociálních potřeb jejich klientů. V třetí části je uvedena metodika a technika sběru dat, je zde popsaný výzkumný soubor a dále je zmíněná etická stránka výzkumu. V mé bakalářské práci jsem se snažila metodou dotazníků a rozhovorem se zaměstnanci z domovů pro seniory (Domov pro seniory Horní Stropnice, Domov pro seniory České Velenice, Domov pro seniory Český Krumlov) zjistit naplnění sociálních potřeb seniorů v těchto domovech. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 12 klientů z Domova pro seniory Horní Stropnice, 12 klientů z Domova pro seniory České Velenice a 15 klientů z Domova pro seniory Český Krumlov. Tento počet vyplývá z počtu klientů, kteří byli schopni vyplnit dotazníky. Dále jsem prováděla rozhovor se šesti zaměstnanci z těchto tří domovů pro seniory. Z výsledku mého výzkumu vyplynulo, že ve všech domovech pro seniory, které jsem zkoumala, jsou sociální potřeby klientů naplněny dostatečně. Někteří klienti nejsou spokojeni s ubytováním na vícelůžkovém pokoji. Zarážející jsou odpovědi na otázku, zda mají pocit strachu. Kupodivu jsem zaznamenala více odpovědí, kdy klienti pocit strachu mají a někteří odpovídali, že spíše mají. Dále jsem zjistila, že většina seniorů se stýká s ostatními klienty nebo že alespoň tuto možnost má. Klienti uváděli, že mají možnost o svých problémech a trápeních hovořit se zaměstnanci domova, což vnímám jako pozitivní. Klienti této možnosti velmi často využívají, se zaměstnanci hovoří a také se jim svěřují se svými problémy či starostmi. Potěšující také je, že za většinou klientů dojíždí rodina alespoň jednou týdně, zřídka dojíždí rodina jednou měsíčně a ojediněle jednou ročně. Některé otázky byly zaměřené na přátelství a vztahy mezi klienty. Myslím si, že je přínosné pro klienty, že můžou mít se svými partnery společný pokoj a mohou sdílet se svým partnerem intimní chvíle. Touto prací jsem chtěla pomoci laické veřejnosti nahlédnout do problematiky sociálních potřeb klientů v domovech pro seniory a v praxi by mohla sloužit jako návod pro domovy pro seniory, jež se snaží tyto potřeby naplnit. My thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where I describe the definition of the term senior, I also focused to old age and aging, I describe changes in old age for example. In the last chapter, I deal with the concept of needs. There are divided social needs in connection with the quality of life in old age, there is listed Maslow's pyramid of needs. The individual needs are described in detail. In the second part of my bachelor's thesis, I present the aim of the thesis, which is to map the fulfilment of social needs of clients in selected homes for the elderly from their perspective. There are also a research questions, how their social needs are met from the point of view of clients of social services for the elderly, how the social needs of clients are met from the point of view of employees and what are the differences between individual homes for the elderly in meeting the social needs of their clients. The third part presents the methodology and technique of data collection, the research set is described here, and the ethical side of the research is also mentioned. In my bachelor's thesis, I tried to find out the fulfilment of social needs of seniors in these homes by using questionnaire methods and interviews with employees from retirement homes (Horní Stropnice retirement home, České Velenice retirement home, Český Krumlov retirement home). The research file formed 12 clients from the Home for the Elderly Horní Stropnice, 12 clients from the Home for the Elderly Česká Velenice and 15 clients from the Home for the Elderly Český Krumlov. This number results from the number of clients who were able to complete the questionnaires. I also interviewed six employees from these three homes for elderly. The results of my research showed that in all homes for the elderly that I examined, the social needs of clients are sufficiently met. Some clients are not satisfied with the accommodation in a multiple room. The answers to the question of whether they feel fear are astonishing. Surprisingly, I have seen more responses, with clients feeling scared and some saying they should. I also found out that most seniors have contact with other clients or at least have this opportunity. Clients stated that they have the opportunity to talk about their problems and afflictions with the employees of homes for the elderly, which I perceive as positive. Clients very often use this option, talk to employees and also confide in them about their problems or worries. It is also gratifying that the family commutes to most clients at least once a week, rarely the family commuting once a month and occasionally once a year. Some questions focused on friendships and relationships between clients. I think it is beneficial for clients to be able to share a room with their partners and to share intimate moments with their partners. With this thesis, I wanted to help the general public to look into the issues of social needs of clients in homes for the elderly and it could serve as a guide for the retirement home, which are trying to meet these needs
