Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat možnosti dostupných prostředků pro regeneraci u hráčů fotbalu A týmu a B týmu. Druhým cílem je zpracovat ucelený přehled všech metod a prostředků regenerace, které by mohly být využívány hráči fotbalového klubu SK Dynamo České Budějovice. Práce dále pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá, jak a do jaké míry je regenerace využívána ve fotbalovém klubu SK Dynamo České Budějovice. Byla použita metoda nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření, který jsem sám vytvořil a nese název Regenerace jako součást fotbalového tréninku. Regenerace je důležitým faktorem kvalitního výkonu a je stále více důležitá, takže stejně, jako je důležitý kvalitní trénink, je nezbytná i kvalitní regenerace. Výsledek bakalářské práce poskytuje přehled využívaných prostředků k regeneraci hráčů fotbalu A týmu i B týmu jihočeského fotbalového klubu SK Dynamo České Budějovice a mohou poukázat na větší důležitost tohoto odvětví ve sportu jako takovém. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the possibilities of available resources for regeneration in A team and B team football players of the football club SK Dynamo České Budějovice. The second goal is to compile a comprehensive overview of all methods and means of regeneration that could be used by football players. Furthermore, the work examines using a questionnaire survey, how and to what extent regeneration is used in the football club SK Dynamo České Budějovice. The method of non-standardized questionnaire survey, which I created myself and called Regeneration as a part of football training, was used.Regeneration is an important factor in quality performance and is becoming increasingly important, so the same as the quality training is important, quality regeneration is important too. The result of the bachelor's thesis provides an overview of the means used to regenerate the players of team A and team B of the South Bohemian football club SK Dynamo České Budějovice and can show the greater importance of this branch in sports in general.
