Diplomová práce s názvem Edukační role sestry se specializovanou způsobilostí je zaměřena na problematiku edukace pacientů v průběhu celého ošetřovatelského procesu. Byly stanoveny tyto cíle: 1. Porovnat edukační roli sestry u sester s vybraným typem specializované způsobilosti (všeobecná sestra pro perioperační péči, sestra pro péči v chirurgických oborech, sestra pro intenzivní péči). 2. Zmapovat rozdíl v edukační roli sestry se specializovanou způsobilostí a sester bez specializované způsobilosti na operačním sále. Teoretická část práce je členěna do jednotlivých kapitol, které popisují obecné pojmy edukace, edukační proces, formy a metody edukace, učení. Další kapitoly jsou cílené na edukační roli sestry, komunikaci v edukačním procesu, zásady a techniky správné komunikace a také velmi důležité téma: bariéry v komunikaci. K vypracování praktické části bylo zvoleno kvalitativní výzkumné šetření za použití metody dotazování. Byla použita technika polo-strukturovaného rozhovoru s předem stanovenými otevřenými otázkami. Rozhovory probíhaly se sestrami s vybraným typem specializace a sestrami bez specializované způsobilosti. Výsledky byly rozděleny do kategorií. Výsledky výzkumného šetření mohou být použity pro vytvoření metodického doporučení pro edukaci pacienta v předoperační, perioperační a pooperační péči. This diploma thesis entitled "The educational role of a nurse with specialized competence" focuses on the issue of patient education during the entire nursing process.The following goals were set: 1. To compare the educational role of a nurse by nurses with a selected type of specialized competence (practicing nurse for perioperative care,nurse for surgical care, nurse for intensive care). 2. To chart the difference in the educational role of nurses with specialized competence and nurses without specialized competence in the operating room.The theoretical part of the work is divided into individual chapters, which describe general concepts of education, educational process, forms and methods of education,learning. The next chapters are focused on the educational role of the nurse,communication in the educational process, principles and techniques of proper communication and also a very important topic: barriers in communication.A qualitative research survey was chosen to develop the practical part using the query method. A semi-structured interview technique with predetermined open questions was used. Interviews were conducted with nurses with the selected type of specialization and nurses without specialized qualifications. The results were divided into categories.The results of the research can be used to create methodological recommendations for patient education in preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care.
