Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo analyzovat subjektivní pohled pacientů s tělesným znevýhodněním na poskytovanou péči v lůžkové a ambulantní sféře zdravotnických zařízení. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vnímání poskytované péče tělesně znevýhodněným pacientem a je zpracována za pomoci kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody. První část se zaměřuje na kvalitativní výzkumné šetření a základní údaje o informátorech, druh tělesného znevýhodnění a zkušenosti s ambulantní a lůžkovou sférou. V této části jsme také mapovali pozitiva a negativa prostředí, komunikaci a postoj sester z pohledu pacientů s tělesným znevýhodněním a technické inovace, které by v ošetřovatelské praxi uvítali. Druhá část výzkumného šetření byla zpracovávána kvantitativní metodou za použití ankety, jako techniky sběru dat. V této části jsme ověřovali stanovené hypotézy a výsledky kvalitativní části výzkumného šetření. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 10 informanty a 61 respondenty z řad osob s tělesným znevýhodněním, konkrétně s přítomnou paraplegií. Kvalitativní výzkumné šetření probíhalo v období listopadu až prosince 2020 a po teoretické saturaci byly jednotlivé rozhovory analyzovány, kódovány a kategorizovány. Kvantitativní výzkumné šetření probíhalo v období března a dubna 2021 a po ukončení sběru dat proběhla frekvenční a deskriptivní analýza. Pro každou z hodnocených oblastí bylo vytvořeno grafické znázornění. Výsledky naší studie poukazují na vyšší míru spokojenosti s ambulantní sférou, která je také preferována při výběru možnosti léčby, dispenzarizace apod. Výsledky výzkumného šetření dále uvádějí umožnění použití euroklíče, úpravu prostředí včetně sociálního zařízení, modernizaci prostoru a vybavení jako návrhy technických inovací ze stran tělesně znevýhodněných pacientů, které by požadovali v ambulantní sféře. Vzhledem k rozpracování jednotlivých pozitiv a negativ doporučujeme využití spíše ambulantní léčby či přechod do komunitního ošetřovatelství v případě, že je tato možnost dostupná. The main goal of the research was to analyze the subjective view of patients with physical disabilities on the care provided in the inpatient and outpatient spheres of medical facilities. The research part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the perception of care provided to physically disadvantaged patients and it is processed using a qualitative and quantitative method. The first part focuses on a qualitative research survey and basic data on informants, the type of physical disability and experience with the outpatient and inpatient sphere. In this section, we also mapped the positives and negatives of the environment, communication and attitudes of nurses from the perspective of patients with physical disabilities and technical innovations that they would welcome in nursing practice. The second part of the research survey was processed by a quantitative method using a survey as a data collection technique. In this part, we verified the established hypotheses and the results of the qualitative part of the research survey. The research group consisted of 10 informants and 61 respondents from the ranks of people with physical disabilities, specifically with paraplegia present. The qualitative research survey took place in the period from November to December 2020, and after theoretical saturation, the individual interviews were analyzed, coded and categorized. The quantitative research survey took place in the period of March and April 2021, and after the end of data collection, a frequency and descriptive analysis was performed. A graphical representation was created for each of the evaluated areas. The results of our study point to a higher level of satisfaction with the outpatient sector, which is also preferred when choosing treatment options, dispensaries, etc. disadvantaged patients that they would require in the outpatient setting. Due to the elaboration of individual positives and negatives, we recommend the use of outpatient treatment or the transition to community nursing if this option is available.
