Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací zdravotního a sociálního personálu v domově pro seniory. Cílem je popsat a ukázat význam a důležitost této spolupráce pro zajištění komplexní péče o klienty. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola stručně charakterizuje seniorský věk. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán domov pro seniory. Jeho poslání a cíle. Třetí kapitola se věnuje jednotlivým kategoriím zdravotního a sociálního personálu, který běžně pracuje v domově pro seniory. Poslední stěžejní část práce se věnuje spolupráci tohoto personálu. Tato část je doplněna příklady z praxe, které dokreslují význam a důležitost spolupráce zdravotního a sociálního personálu. The subject of this bachelor thesis is discussing cooperation between health care and social care professionals in nursing homes. The aim of this thesis is to show the meaning and importance of this symbiosis for making sure that all clients' needs are met. The work is structured into 4 chapters. First chapter is a brief characteristics of the specifics of senior age. Second chapter then describes care homes, their mission and what they focus on. The categories of different social and health care workers usually found in care homes are discussed in the third chapter. The last and the most important part deals with the cooperation between the professionals. This part is complemented by experience examples which then show the importance and meaning of the cooperation between above mentioned health and social care professionals.
