Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektu léčby závislostí ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody z pohledu odsouzených. V teoretické části popisuji drogovou problematiku, zaměřuji se na pojem závislosti, druhy drog a léčbu závislostí mimo věznici. V druhé části teoretické části se zabývám výkonem trestu odnětí svobody a léčbě ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Praktická část obsahuje zjištění, jestli je léčba ve věznicích aplikovaná a pro odsouzené přínosná. Jsou v ní popsané kazuistiky aktérů, se kterými byl veden rozhovor, a byla provedena analýza rozhovorů, která je shrnuta v diskuzi. The bachelor's thesis deals with addiction treatment effects in the execution of imprisonment from the point of view of convicts. In the theoretical part I describe the drug problem, I focus on the concept of addiction, types of drugs and addiction treatment outside prison. In the second part of the theoretical part, I pursue the execution of imprisonment and treatment in the execution of imprisonment. The practical part contains findings, whether the treatment in prisons is applied and beneficial for convicts. It describes the case studies of the people I interviewed and analyzed of the interviews was conducted, which are summarized in the discussion.
