[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá tématem pohlavně přenosných chorob. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé pohlavně přenosné choroby, jejich vliv na plod a novorozence a také prevenci. V teoretické části je dále zmíněn Registr pohlavních nemocí a také role porodní asistentky v oblasti edukace. Pro praktickou část této bakalářské práce byly vytyčeny 2 cíle. Prvním cílem práce bylo zmapovat míru informovanosti žen ve fertilním věku o pohlavně přenosných chorobách a jejich prevenci. Druhý cíl měl za úkol zmapovat informovanost žen ve fertilním věku o vlivu pohlavně přenosných chorob na plod a novorozence. V práci byly stanoveny 3 hypotézy. H1: Starší ženy jsou více informovány o pohlavně přenosných chorobách než mladší ženy. H2: Starší ženy jsou více informovány o prevenci pohlavně přenosných chorob než mladší ženy. H3: Starší ženy jsou více informovány o vlivu pohlavně přenosných chorob na plod a novorozence než mladší ženy. Cílů bylo dosaženo prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumného šetření formou online dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Dotazník obsahoval 35 uzavřených otázek a 1 polouzavřenou otázku. Dotazník byl konstruován do podoby testu. Správná odpověď byla ohodnocena 1 bodem, špatná odpověď nebo odpověď "nevím" byly hodnoceny 0 body. Vyhodnocení dotazníků proběhlo pomocí statistického testu Kruskal-Wallis. Výzkumný soubor čítal 245 žen ve fertilním věku rozdělených do 3 věkových kategorií 15-26 let, 27-35 let, 36-49 let. Dotazník byl umístěn do skupin sdružující teenagery, těhotné ženy a matky na sociální síti Facebook. Nejvíce respondentek bylo ve věku 27-35 let. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že věk respondentek nemá souvislost s mírou informovanosti o pohlavně přenosných chorobách, prevencí a vlivem na plod a novorozence. Žádná hypotéza se nepotvrdila. Závislost nebyla dokázána ani ve vztahu k nejvyššímu ukončenému vzdělání. Větší míra informovanosti byla ve výzkumném šetření zaznamenána u žen, jejichž studium nebo profese jsou spjaty se zdravotnictvím. Naopak respondentky, které neměly žádnou studijní nebo profesní vazbu na zdravotnictví, dosahovaly v průměru horších výsledků. Výzkumné šetření prokázalo, že ženy jsou obecně málo informovány o pohlavně přenosných chorobách. Z toho důvodu je klíčové zaměřit se na důslednou edukaci nejen ve školách, ale také v ordinaci lékařů primární péče. The thesis deals with the topic of sexually transmitted diseases. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part describes particular sexually transmitted diseases, their impact on the fetus and new-born babies and prevention too. As well as that, The Register of sexually transmitted diseases and the role of a midwife, as far as education is concerned, are also mentioned in this part. Two goals were set for the practical part of the thesis. The first was to chart the rate of fertile-age women´s awareness of sexually transmitted diseases and their prevention. The second goal was to chart fertile-age women´s awareness of the impact of sexually transmitted diseases on the fetus and new-born babies. The thesis stated 3 hypotheses: H1: Women of higher age are better informed about sexually transmitted diseases than younger women. H2: Women of higher age are better informed about the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases than younger women. H3: Women of higher age are better informed about the impact of sexually transmitted diseases on the fetus and new-born babies than younger women. The goals were achieved with the help of a quantitative research carried out in the form of an online questionnaire, which I created on my own. The questionnaire contained 35 closed and a half-closed questions. The questionnaire was designed in the form of a test. The correct answer got 1 point, the wrong answer or "I don´t know" answer got 0 points. The final assessment of the questionnaire was carried out with Kruskal-Wallis statistical test. The research cohort consisted of 245 fertile-age women, who were divided into 3 age groups: 15-26 years old, 27-35 years old, 36-49 years old. The questionnaire was sent to groups uniting teenagers, pregnant women, and mothers on the social network Facebook. Most respondents belonged to the age group 27-35. The research showed that there is no relation between the age of the respondents to their knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases, prevention and the impact on the fetus and new-born babies. No hypothesis were proved. Neither relation to the highest achieved education was proved. Higher rate of awareness was identified with the women whose education or jobs are related to health care. On the contrary, the respondents lacking educational or professional experience with the health care system reached worse results on average. The research proved that women are insufficiently informed about sexually transmitted diseases, in general. Therefore, it is vitally important to focus on consistent education not only at schools, but in GP surgeries as well.
