Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem návykových látek na nutriční stav pacienta. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat nutriční stav pacientů užívajících návykové látky a případnou změnu nutričního stavu během léčby. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou a rozdělením návykových látek, vlivem jejich účinku na nutriční stav a psychiku pacienta. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje na pojem závislost, syndrom závislosti a léčbu. Podrobněji je pak zaměřena na poruchy příjmu potravy v jejich souvislosti s uživateli návykových látek. Pro tuto práci jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum. Výzkumný soubor této práce tvoří deset pacientů psychiatrické léčebny. Formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zde zjišťují stravovací návyky v době aktivního užívání návykových látek a změny v těchto návycích po dobu léčebného procesu. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou kapitol. První z nich je věnovaná případovým studiím jednotlivých pacientů, propočtu energetického příjmu z týdenních jídelníčků. Ve druhé kapitole jsou vyhodnocovány výsledky semistrukturovaných rozhovorů s pacienty. Z této práce vyplývá, že pobyt v léčebně závislostí zkoumaným pacientům z hlediska nutričního stavu prospívá. U většiny z nich došlo ke zvýšení a následné stabilizaci hmotnosti v důsledku pravidelné a vyvážené stravy. Dílčím přínosem této práce je pomoc při úpravě a obnově jídelních lístků, propočtu dietního systému a celkové komunikaci s pacienty v tomto zkoumaném zařízení. This bachelor's thesis looks at the influence of addictive substances on a patient's nutritional status. The aim of this work was to map the nutritional status of patients using addictive substances and any change in nutritional status during treatment. The theoretical section looks at the characteristics and distribution of addictive substances, the outcome of their effect on the patient's nutritional state and psyche. Furthermore, this work focuses on the concept of addiction, syndrome of addiction and treatment. It then focuses in more detail on eating disorders in their context of users of addictive substances. I have chosen qualitative research for this work. The research body of this work is formed by ten psychiatric hospital patients. In the form of semi-structured interviews, it identifies eating habits at the time of active substance use and changes in those habits during the treatment process. The practical part consists of two chapters. The first is dedicated to case studies of individual patients, calculating energy intake from weekly menus. In the second chapter, the results of semi-structured interviews with patients are evaluated. This work shows that being in a drug rehabilitation clinic benefits the patients studied in terms of their nutritional status. Most of them experienced weight gain and subsequent stabilisation due to a regular and balanced diet. Part of the benefit of this work is helping to adjust and renew menus, calculate the dietary system and overall communication with patients at this facility.
