Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku motivace a stimulace příslušníků denní směny a výjezdových hasičů u Hasičského záchranného sboru Jihočeského kraje. Přináší přehlednou analýzu systému pro vedení organizace a následně navrhuje změny v této problematice. Začátkem této práce je představena teoretická část týkající se dané problematiky s ohledem na vědeckou literaturu, jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z české i zahraniční literatury a z internetových zdrojů. Je zde také představen služební zákon, ze kterého musí motivace příslušníků vycházet a zároveň ho dodržovat. Tato práce rozebírá také fond kulturních a sociálních potřeb a kolektivní dohodu. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího motivačního a stimulačního systému tak, aby byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a splněny cíle práce. Vyhodnocení proběhlo formou dotazníkového šetření u příslušníků denní směny a formou strukturovaných rozhovorů s výjezdovými hasiči. Právě tyto dvě skupiny jsou mezi sebou porovnávány. Výsledky pro jednotlivé otázky jsou zpracovány formou přehledných grafů. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení je zjištěno, že motivace příslušníků denní směny se značně liší od výjezdových hasičů. Ačkoliv jsou předpisy v podobě služebního zákona a kolektivní dohody dostačující, bylo by vhodné v této legislativě dostát změn, které by byly zaměřeny zvláště na jednotlivé skupiny příslušníků. Závěrem této práce jsou navrženy změny v motivačním a stimulačním systému, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek a spokojenosti příslušníků. This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of motivation and stimulation of members operating on a daily shift and firefighters at the Fire brigade service of the South Bohemian Region. It brings and analyzes a system for the leadership of the organization and then proposes changes in this area. The theoretical part concerning the given issue with connection to scientific literature is presented, the basic terms from Czech and foreign literature and from the online sources are explained. There is also introduced a Public Servants Act, from which the motivation of members must be based and at the same time comply with it. This thesis also analyzes the fund of cultural and social needs and the collective agreement. The research part is focused on the analysis of the current motivational and stimulating system so that survey questions are answered and the goals of the work are met. The evaluation has been done as a form of a questionnaire survey, participants were members of the daily shift. Structured interviews were also performed with firefighters and these two groups were compared with each other. The results for individual questions are processed in the charts. Based on this evaluation, it is found that the motivation of members of the daily shift differs significantly from the firefighters. Although the regulations in the form of the Public Servants Act and the collective agreement are sufficient, it would be appropriate to make changes to this legislation, which would be aimed specifically at individual groups of members. Changes in the motivational management system are proposed, these changes could improve working conditions and satisfaction of members of the Fire brigade of the South Bohemian region.
