Cílem diplomové práce bylo posoudit, na základě analýzy úroveň logistického zabezpečení Hasičského záchranného sboru Kraje Vysočina Územního odboru Jihlava při vybraných mimořádných událostech. Teoretická část práce se opírá o právní normy, odbornou literaturu a internetové zdroje. Samotná teoretická část je zaměřena na integrovaný záchranný systém, přičemž značná pozornost je věnováno právě Hasičskému záchrannému sboru. V práci je věnována pozornost také mimořádným událostem, jejich klasifikaci a logistice. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části, která navazuje na předchozí kapitolu o logistice a dále je využita také v praktické části, je logistické zabezpečení Hasičského záchranného sboru. Pro praktickou část bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno, za pomoci vytvořeného dotazníku, u příslušníků spadajících pod Územní odbor Jihlava. Dále se v této části pojednává o statistice požárů vzniklých v rámci tohoto území a zjištěné údaje jsou následně analyzovány. Praktickou část uzavírá zhodnocení čtyř vybraných mimořádných událostí se zaměřením zejména na logistické zabezpečení. The aim of the diploma thesis was to assess, on the basis of the analysis, the level of Logistical support of the Fire Brigade of the Vysočina District, Jihlava Territorial Department during the Selected Emergencies. The theoretical part of the work is based on legal norms, professional literature and Internet resources. The theoretical part itself is focused on the integrated rescue system, while considerable attention is paid to the Fire Brigade. The work also pays attention to extraordinary events, their classification and logistics. The last chapter of the theoretical part, which bases on the previous chapter on logistics and is also used in the practical part, is the logistics of the Fire Brigade. For the practical part, a questionnaire survey was carried out, with the members of, the Jihlava Territorial Department. Furthermore, this section deals with the statistics of fires that occurred within this area. The gathered data are analyzed. The practical part concludes with an evaluation of four selected emergencies, focusing mainly on logistics.
