[cze][eng] Cílem diplomové práce bylo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjistit, zda lidé vědí, jaká jsou hygienická a protiepidemická opatření při různých krizových situacích. Zmapovat, z jakých informačních zdrojů získávají lidé validní informace, a zjistit, jakou roli v informovanosti mají obce. K dotazníkovému šetření byli vybráni obyvatelé z Kraje Vysočina. Zúčastnilo se celkem 177 respondentů ve věku od 18 let a více. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na legislativu týkající se systému krizového řízení, dále na problematiku členění a práci krajských hygienických stanic. Co dělat, když nastane epidemie nebo povodeň z hygienického hlediska. V neposlední řadě pojednává o pandemii SARS-CoV-2 neboli COVID-19, jejím časovém průběhu ve světě i u nás v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření týkající se činností krajských hygienických stanic a pandemií SARS-CoV-2. Pro vyhodnocení byla použita data od 177 obyvatel Kraje Vysočina od 18 let věku a více. Autorka diplomové práce prezentuje výsledky svého dotazníkového šetření, které poukazují na skutečnost, že pro 56 % dotazovaných obyvatel Kraje Vysočina byla nejvíce prospěšnou informace o aktuálním nouzovém stavu z televize. Je vidět, že obec není pro své občany hlavním informátorem o nouzovém stavu. Obyvatelé si často pletou, co je karanténa a co je izolace. Naproti tomu 100 % dotazovaných ví, jaké hlavní příznaky má onemocnění SARS-CoV-2. V neposlední řadě z výsledků vyplývá, že 69 % dotazovaných obyvatel Kraje Vysočina zná hygienická pravidla a protiepidemická opatření při onemocnění SARS-CoV-2. Je dobré, že lidé se snaží všechna vládní nařízení pro zabránění šíření infekčního onemocnění SARS-CoV-2 dodržovat. To dokazují i výsledky z dotazníkového šetření, kdy 80 % dotazovaných obyvatel Kraje Vysočina dodržuje vládní nařízení, která byla sdělena ve sdělovacích prostředcích. The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out by means of questionnaires whether people know what hygienic and anti-epidemic measures there are in various crisis situations. In addition to that, to map from which information sources people obtain valid information and to find out what role the municipalities have in passing the information on to people. The residents from the Vysočina Region were chosen to fill in the questionnaires. In total, there were 177 respondents aged 18 and over. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the legislation concerning the crisis management system, as well as the issue of division and work of regional hygienic stations. It also deals with what to do from the hygienic point of view if there is an epidemic or floods. Last but not least, it deals with SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 pandemic, its time course in the world, as well as in the Czech Republic. The practical part contains the questionnaire survey concerning the activities of regional hygienic stations and SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. For the assessment of the survey the data from 177 residents of the Vysočina region aged 18 and over were used. The author of the diploma thesis presents the results of her survey that point to the fact that for 56% of the interviewed residents of the Vysočina region, the most useful information about the current state of emergency was from television. It is apparent that the municipality is not the main informant for its citizens about the state of emergency. Residents often confuse quarantine and isolation. On the contrary, 100% of respondents know what the main symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 are. Last but not least, the results show that 69% respondents from the Vysočina region know the hygienic rules and anti-epidemic measures for SARS-CoV-2. It is good that people try to observe all the government regulations to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2. This is proved also by the results of the questionnaire survey, in which 80% of the respondents from the Vysočina region claim that they comply with the government regulations, which were communicated in the media.
