Spolupráce obyvatel, neziskových organizací, soukromé podnikatelské sféry a veřejné správy nazýváme místní akční skupina. Jedná se o skupinu, která pomáhá od nápadu, přes jeho financování až po samotnou realizaci. Podporuje rozvoj podnikání, pečuje o krajinu a rozvíjí vzdělanost. To vše přispívá k celkovému rozvoji regionu, jež je hlavním cílem této práce. Teoretická část obsahuje základní vymezení pojmů spojených s problematikou rozvoje regionu pomocí místních akčních skupin České republiky. Následně jsou vymezeny souvislosti s regionálním rozvojem, spoluprací obcí, metodou LEADER či Komunitně vedeným místním rozvojem a jeho strategií. Dále tato část přináší komplexní pohled na problematiku vlivu místní akční skupiny v rámci rozvoje regionu. Nedílnou součástí je popsán vliv MAS na rozvoj regionálního plánování a sdružování do národní sítě a krajských sdružení MAS v rámci republiky. Praktická část přináší poznatky z dotazníkového šetření a přímé analýzy a syntézy zhodnocení činnosti Aktivios, z. s. v rámci jejího podílu na rozvoji regionu. Vyhodnocení konečných výstupů se dále opírá o strukturovaný rozhovor, který mi poskytl předseda Krajského sdružení NS MAS ČR Plzeňského kraje. Výsledky práce přinášejí návrhy možných změn v oblasti managementu Aktivios, z. s., zejména při vyhodnocení výsledků postavení MAS za uplynulé programové období The cooperation of the population, non-profit organizations, the private business sphere and the public administration is called the local action group. This is a group that helps from the idea, through its financing to the actual realization. It supports the development of business, takes care of the landscape and develops education. All this contributes to the overall development of the region, which is the main goal of this work. The theoretical part contains a basic definition of concepts related to the development of the region with the help of local action groups of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the connections with regional development, cooperation of municipalities, the LEADER method or Community-led local development and its strategy are defined. Furthermore, this part provides a comprehensive view of the issue of the influence of the local action group in the development of the region. An integral part describes the influence of LAGs on the development of regional planning and association into the national network and regional associations of LAGs within the country. The practical part brings findings from the questionnaire survey and direct analysis and synthesis of the evaluation of the activities of Aktivios within its contribution to the development of the region. The evaluation of the final outputs is further based on a structured interview provided to me by the chairman of the Regional Association of the National Network LAGs of the Czech republic of the Pilsen Region. The results of the thesis bring proposals for possible changes in the management of LAG Aktivios, Especially in evaluating the results of the position of the LAG for the past programming period.
