Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Watsu terapií a možnostmi zařazení této terapie do rehabilitace ženy v těhotenství. Těhotenství je období, kdy se tělo ženy musí za poměrně krátkou dobu vyrovnat s velkými změnami, tyto změny mohou následně způsobovat problémy nejen v podobě bolestí pohybového aparátu. Cílem práce bylo popsat průběh fyziologického těhotenství a změny na pohybovém aparátu mateřského organismu. Dalším cílem práce bylo vytvoření souboru cviků, které jsou vhodné pro těhotné ženy. Z tohoto souboru jsem následně vytvořila brožurku, podle které mohou těhotné ženy cvičit. Součástí práce jsou také informace o Watsu terapii a jejích účincích na lidský organismus. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána Watsu terapie, její historie, průběh a podmínky pro praktikování terapie. Součástí teoretické části jsou též specifika zařazení Watsu terapie do období těhotenství. Dále je zde popsán fyziologický průběh těhotenství, embryonální a fetální vývoj, změny v mateřském organismu na reprodukčních orgánech, pohybovém a dýchacím ústrojí ženy a psychické změny doprovázející těhotenství. V teoretické části též uvádím možnosti pohybové aktivity a rehabilitace v těhotenství a rehabilitační plán dle trimestrů. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje metodiku výzkumu a charakteristiku výzkumného souboru. Vzhledem k dlouhodobému uzavření bazénů, kvůli pandemii Covid 19 a časové i finanční náročnosti terapie, jsem výzkum zpracovala se dvěma těhotnými ženami. Ve výzkumu jsem sledovala okamžitý vliv Watsu terapie na organismus žen se zaměřením především na pohybový aparát a psychiku. V diskusi uvádím informace o vzdělávacím programu Watsu a o Světové asociaci vodních terapeutů. This bachelor thesis deals with Watsu therapy and the possibilities of including this therapy in the rehabilitation of a woman during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a period when a woman's body has to cope with significant changes in a relatively short time. These changes can subsequently cause many problems, not only musculoskeletal pain. The thesis aimed to describe the course of physiological pregnancy and changes in the musculoskeletal system of the pregnant woman. Another goal of the work was to create a set of exercises that are suitable for pregnant women. From this set, I created a brochure according to which women can exercise. The work also includes information about Watsu therapy and its effects on the human body. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes Watsu therapy, its history, course and conditions for practising therapy. The second part of the theoretical part describes the specifics of including Watsu therapy during pregnancy. The next part describes the physiological course of pregnancy, embryonic and fetal development, changes in the maternal organism on the reproductive organs, musculoskeletal and respiratory systems of women and mental changes accompanying pregnancy. I also present physical activities and rehabilitation possibilities in pregnancy and the rehabilitation plan according to trimesters in the theoretical part. The practical part of the bachelor thesis contains the research methodology and characteristics of the research group. Due to the long-term closure of swimming pools due to the Covid 19 pandemic and the time and cost of therapy, I conducted research with two pregnant women. In the research, I observed the immediate effect of Watsu therapy on women's body, focusing primarily on the musculoskeletal system and psyche. In the discussion, I present information about the Watsu educational program and the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association.
