Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapeutické intervence u kojenců s predilekcí ve věku 1-3 měsíců. Predilekce hlavičky je v poslední době jednou z nejčastějších diagnóz, se kterou maminky přicházejí se svými dětmi do rehabilitačních ambulancí. Správný psychomotorický vývoj je důležitý pro budoucí zdravotní stav jedince, a proto je velice důležité odhalit abnormality a co nejdříve zahájit terapii. Cílem mé práce je obecně popsat možnosti fyzioterapie u kojenců ve věku 1-3 měsíců a zároveň popsat v kazuistikách možnosti fyzioterapie u konkrétních kojenců ve věku 1-3 měsíců s predilekcí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám ideálním psychomotorickým vývojem, jeho abnormalitami a stimulací. Dále je zde popsána problematika predilekce, její diferenciální diagnostika, etiologie a rizikové faktory vzniku. Důležitou součástí je taktéž diagnostika hybných poruch. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti fyzioterapie. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistik 3 probandů, kteří byli odesláni na fyzioterapii svým pediatrem pro výskyt predilekce. Součástí kazuistiky je anamnéza, vyšetření posturální aktivity, reaktivity a primitivních reflexů a následně popis terapie. V závěru práce je zhodnocen průběh a výsledky terapie. U všech probandů došlo v poměrně krátké době k vylepšení stavu. Bakalářská práce může sloužit fyzioterapeutům v praxi jako inspirace terapeutických postupů u kojenců s predilekcí. My bachelor thesis is focused on possibilities of physiotherapeutical intervention for 1-3 months old infants with predilection. Head predilection is one of the most common diagnosis which currently has been bringing mothers with their newborns to the office of physiotherapists. Correct psychomotor development is important for future health and, therefore, it is very important to discover abnormalities and start a therapy as soon as possible. The goal of my thesis is to generically describe the possibilities of physiotherapy for 1-3 months old infants, and also describe the physiotherapeutical options in case studies of infants aged 1-3 months with predilection. The thesis is split into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I elaborate on the ideal psychomotor development, its abnormalities and stimulations. Furthermore, the predilection is described along with its differential diagnosis, etiology and risk factors. An important part is also a diagnosis of movement dysfunctions. Options for physiotherapy are described at the end of the theoretical part. The practical part is composed from 3 case studies of probands who were sent to physiotherapy by their pediatrician due to the case of predilection. The case studies contain anamnesis, examination of postural activity, reactiveness and primitive reflexes and subsequently a therapy description. At the end of the thesis, I evaluate the process and results of the therapy. Improvement was observed in all probands after relatively short period of time. This bachelor thesis can be used by physiotherapists as an inspiration of therapeutic procedures for infants with predilection.
