Cílem práce bylo na základě studia odborné literatury, elektronických zdrojů, interních dokumentů, výukových materiálů Jaderné elektrárny Temelín, zákonů a vyhlášek zjistit, jaké dopady mají nová opatření na zvládnutí těžké havárie z pohledu Hasičského záchranného sboru podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín a jejich znalostí. Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o havárii a charakteru Jaderné elektrárny ve Fukušimě. Následně popisuje samotnou elektrárnu Temelín a její historii od jejího počátku až do současné doby. Dále se věnuje principu výroby elektřiny nebo připravenosti na zvládání těžké havárie, proto je v práci zmíněná havarijní připravenost elektrárny a postupy, které mají zmírnit následky na obyvatelstvo. Dalším potřebným článkem v práci je hasičský záchranný sbor, který je zde popsán více do hloubky, ať už od personálního rozdělení až po techniku, kterou sbor disponuje. V praktické části byly pro potřeby výzkumu zaslaný dotazník členům Hasičského záchranného sporu podniku Jaderné elektrárny Temelín. Na základě analýzy anonymních odpovědí ze zaslaného dotazníku vyplívá, že zaměstnanci Hasičského záchranného sbor podniku JE Temelín mají dostatečné množství vybavení a znalostí, díky kterým je možné zvládnout, popřípadě zmírnit následky těžké havárie, kterou byla událost ve Fukušimě. The aim of the thesis is to find out what impact the new measures have on the management of a severe accident from the point of view of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant Fire and Rescue Service and their knowledge. All findings are based on the study of literature, electronic sources, internal documents, training materials of Temelín Nuclear Power Plant, laws and decrees. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis describes the accident and the nature of the nuclear power plant. In the thesis you can find a description of the Temelín nuclear power plant itself, its history from its beginning to the present. Furthermore, I have described the principle of electricity production or preparedness for handling a severe accident. For this reason, the thesis mentions the emergency preparedness of the power plant and the procedures to reduce the consequences on the population The Fire brigade is an important aspect of this thesis. It is described in more detail here, from the distribution of personnel to the technology available to the Fire Department. For the purposes of the research, in the practical part of the bachelor thesis, a questionnaire was sent to the members of the fire brigade of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. Based on the analysis of the anonymous responses from the questionnaire, it appears that the employees of the Temelín NPP fire department have a sufficient amount of knowledge to be able to handle or reduce the consequences of a severe accident such as the Fukushima event.
