Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma používání automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru nezdravotnickými složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému v Libereckém kraji v rámci provádění neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení četnosti, časového průběhu a výsledků zásahů v případech pacientů s náhlou zástavou oběhu, při kterých byl využit automatický externí defibrilátor nezdravotnickou složkou Integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První částí je systematizovaný teoretický přehled základních informací o problematice. Druhá část je zaměřena prakticky a je vytvořena z dat získaných od základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Data byla podrobena zkoumání metodami popisné statistiky. Na základě získaných výstupů byl vytvořen systematický přehled o výjezdech first responderů k náhlým zástavám oběhu. Tento přehled zahrnuje zejména výstupy dat zaměřené na frekvenci aktivace first responderů, času jejich dojezdu na místo události, úspěšnost resuscitace v přednemocniční fázi a outcome pacienta. Získané informace byly porovnány se závěry zahraničních studií zaměřených na stejnou oblast. Období, pro které byla data zjišťována, zahrnovalo rok 2017 po květen 2021. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení stěžejních výsledků a dále jsou uvedeny podněty pro další výzkum související problematiky. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the using of an automated external defibrillator by non-medical components of the Integrated Rescue System in the Liberec Region within the framework of performing urgent cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The aim of this work is to evaluate the frequency, time course and results of interventions in cases of patients with sudden cardiac arrest, in which an automatic external defibrillator was used by the non-medical component of the Integrated Rescue System. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is a systematized theoretical overview of basic information on the issue. The second part is focused on practical aspects and is created from data obtained from the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System. The data were examined by descriptive statistics methods. Based on the obtained outputs, a systematic overview of the outcomes of first responders to sudden circulatory arrest was created. This overview mainly includes data outputs focused on the frequency of activation of first responders, the time of their arrival at the scene, the success of resuscitation in the pre-hospital phase and the outcome of the patient. The information obtained was compared with the conclusions of foreign studies focused on the same area. The period for which the data were collected included the year 2017 after May 2021. At the end of the work, an evaluation of the key results is made and suggestions for further research related issues are given.
