Tato práce byla zaměřena na experimentální pěstování vybraných druhů rodu pry-šec (Euphorbia) v pěstebním skleníku v botanické zahradě v Táboře, které byly expe-rimentálně silně narušeny odstřižením vzrostného vrcholu pod děložními lístky mla-dých rostlin. Polovina jedinců byla ponechána jako kontrolní. Z 39 získaných druhů se jich podařilo vypěstovat 27 a z tohoto počtu bylo schopných vytvořit adventivní výhony z hypokotylu/kořenu a přežít 18 druhů: Euphorbia corollata, Euphorbia den-droides, Euphorbia epithymoides, Euphorbia gossypina var.gossypina, Euphorbia heterophylla, Euphorbia hierosolymitana, Euphorbia characias, Euphorbia characias 'Black pearl', Euphorbia characias ssp.wulfenii, Euphorbia lathyris, Euphorbia myrsinites, Euphorbia peplus, Euphorbia pithyusa subsp.cupanii, Euphorbia regis - jubae, Euphorbia stenoclada, Euphorbia stricta, Euphorbia terracina, Euphorbia ti-rucalli. Tato práce představuje nejucelenější souhrn poznatků o adventivním odnožo-vání rodu Euphorbia a doporučuji pokračovat v navazujícím studiu odnožování dal-ších druhů pryšců, zejména sukulentních druhů. This work was focused on experimental cultivation of selected species of the genus Euphorbia in a greenhouse in the botanical garden in Tábor, which were severely disturbed by cutting off the top of the growth under the uterine leaves of young plants. Half of the specimens were kept as controls. Of the 39 species obtained, 27 were able to grow and of this number, 18 species were able to form adventitious shoots from hypocotyl/root and survive: Euphorbia corollata, Euphorbia dendroides, Euphorbia epithymoides, Euphorbia gossypina var. gossypina, Euphorbia hetero-phylla, Euphorbia hierosolymitana, Euphorbia characias, Euphorbia characias 'Black pearl', Euphorbia characias ssp. wulfenii, Euphorbia lathyris, Euphorbia myrsinites, Euphorbia peplus, Euphorbia pithyusa subsp.cupanii, Euphorbia regis - jubae, Eu-phorbia stenoclada, Euphorbia stricta, Euphorbia terracina, Euphorbia tirucalli. This work represents the most comprehensive summary of the knowledge on the adven-titious sprouting of the genus Euphorbia, and I recommend to continue the follow-up study of the sprouting of other species of Euphorbia, especially succulent species.
