Myšlenkou zpracování této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování literárního přehledu týkajícího se vývoje morfologie trávicího ústrojí telat, onemocnění a způsobu jejich odchovu a krmení. Dále pojednává o krmných aditivech-probiotika, prebiotika, synbiotika a fytobiotika. Praktická část se zabývá vlivem probiotických aditiv na zdravotní stav a přírůstky telat. Do pokusu bylo zařazeno celkově 14 telat, kontinuálně rozdělených do dvou skupin po 7 a to kontrolní a pokusné. Obě skupiny byly váženy při narození a následně každý týden až do věku 8 týdnů. V průběhu odchovu byla sledována i četnost výskytu průjmového onemocnění. Z výsledků pokusu je zřejmý pozitivní vliv kombinace Lactobacillus sporogenes, Enterococcus faecalis a Bifidobacterium bifidum na snížení výskytu průjmů a zvýšení průměrného absolutního přírůstku, ačkoliv nebyl statisticky významný (P>0,05). The idea of elaboration of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of a literature review concerning the development of the morphology of the digestive system of calves, diseases and the method of their breeding and feeding. It also discusses feed additives-probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics and phytobiotics. The practical part deals with the effect of probiotic additives on health and body growth. A total of 14 calves were included in the experiment, continuously divided into two groups of 7, control and experimental. Both groups were weighed at birth and subsequently every week until the age of 8 weeks. The frequency of diarrheal disease was also monitored during breeding. The results of the experiment show a positive effect of the combination of Lactobacillus sporogenes, Enterococcus faecalis and Bifidobacterium bifidum on reducing the incidence of diarrhea and increasing the average absolute increase, although it was not statistically significant (P>0,05).
