Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem zaměstnaneckých výhod v sektoru zdravotnictví. Vybranými zdravotnickými zařízeními jsou tři okresní nemocnice, které se nachází v Jihočeském kraji a kraji Vysočina. Jedním z cílů této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit benefity, které zaměstnanci v jednotlivých nemocnicích využívají. Dalším cílem je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců se systémem odměňování. Práce navrhuje možné alternativy k poskytovaným benefitům, aby byly přínosné pro zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Zároveň objasňuje daňové hledisko vybraných benefitů. Sběr dat pro analýzu probíhá formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu pomáhají zaměstnavatelům v tomto sektoru nastavit vhodný systém zaměstnaneckých výhod. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of employee benefits in the healthcare sector. The selected medical facilities are three district hospitals, which are located in the South Bohemian Region and the Vysočina Region. One of the goals of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the benefits that employees use in particular medical facilities. Another goal is to determine employee satisfaction with the remuneration system. The thesis suggests possible alternatives to the benefits provided, so that they are beneficial for employees and employers. At the same time, it clarifies the tax aspect of selected benefits. Data collection for the analysis are conducted through a questionnaire survey. The results of this research help employers in this sector to establish a suitable system of employee benefits.
