Diplomová práce se zabývá autentickým leadershipem ve vybrané společnosti Ferospoj s.r.o. Tato práce navazuje na výsledky získané prostřednictvím autorky bakalářské práce. Cílem je provést podrobnější analýzu leadershipu ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout vhodná opatření ke zlepšení autentického leadershipu. V pozici leadera je důležité zabývat se svým přístupem k následovníkům a pracovat na jeho rozvoji. Právě leadership je jedním z klíčových faktorů, který může zajišťovat požadovaný výkon, a tím i dosažení cílů podniku. Pro analýzu autentického vedení ve vybrané organizaci byla použita dotazníková metoda. Byly aplikovány dva typy dotazníků. Jedním z nich byl "Authentic Leadership Questionnaire", který byl vyplněn jak leaderem, tak jeho následovníky. Druhým byl dotazník "NEO pětifaktorový osobnostní inventář", který vyplnil pouze leader. Na základě výsledků obou dotazníků byla navržena opatření, která by mohla vést k rozvoji autentické stránky leadera a také jeho vedení. The diploma thesis deals with authentic leadership in selected company Ferospoj s.r.o. This work follows up on the results obtained through my bachelor thesis. The aim is to do more detailed analysis of leadership in selected company and to propose appropriate measures to improve authentic leadership. As a leader, it is important to deal with your approach to the followers and to work on its development. Leadership is one of the key factors that can ensure required performance and thus achieve the goals of the company. A questionnaire method is used for analysis of the authentic leadership in a selected organization. Two types of questionnaires are used. One of them is the "Authentic Leadership Questionnaire" which is completed by both, the leader and his followers. The second one is the "NEO five factor personality inventory" questionnaire which is fill in only by the leader. Based on the results of both questionnaires, the measures, that could lead to the development of the authentic side of the leader and his leadership as well, are suggested.
