Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Kraji Vysočina. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké jsou podmínky a možnosti pro uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Kraji Vysočina. Dále zjistit, jak na celou situaci pohlížejí zaměstnavatelé, jejich představy a postoje, spolupráci s úřadem práce, zkušenosti, překážky apod. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy, dále legislativním vymezením zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, právům a povinnostem zaměstnavatelů. Následně trhem práce, ve kterém jsem také vymezila úřad práce a jeho úlohu. Dále jsem dala prostor státní politice zaměstnanosti a podpoře zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením jako pracovní rehabilitace a příspěvky zaměstnavatelům na podporu zaměstnávání. Nakonec jsem uvedla i příspěvky pro samotné osoby se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka, ke které byly definovány dvě dílčí výzkumné otázky. Pro sběr dat byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, a to metoda dotazování, technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvoří šest komunikačních partnerů, kteří byli vybráni pomocí účelového výběru na základně dvou kritérií, a to že zaměstnavatel musí mít sídlo v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou a druhou podmínkou bylo, že má více jak 25 zaměstnanců. Výsledky této práce mohou přispět ke zkvalitnění spolupráce mezi zaměstnavateli a úřadem práce i přestože se tyto výsledky nedají zobecnit pro všechny zaměstnavatele. Dále může práce vnést zaměstnavatelům pohled na možnosti, které Úřad práce ČR poskytuje v rámci zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. The bachelor thesis is focused on the employment of people with disabilities in the Vysočina Region. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out what are the conditions and possibilities for employment of people with disabilities in the labor market in the Vysočina Region. Furthermore, to find out how employers view the whole situation, their ideas and attitudes, cooperation with the the Employment Office, experience, obstacles, etc. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with basic concepts, then the legislative definition of employment of people with disabilities, the rights and obligations of employers Subsequently, the labor market, in which I also defined the Employment Office and its role. I also gave space to the state employment policy and support for the employment of people with disabilities, such as occupational rehabilitation and contributions to employers to support employment. Finally, I also mentioned contributions for people with disabilities themselves. In the practical part, the main research question was determined, for which two partial research questions were defined. Qualitative research was chosen for data collection, namely the method of questioning, the technique of semi-structured interview. The research group consists of six communication partners, which were selected by purposeful selection on the basis of two criteria, namely that the employer must be based in the district of Žďár nad Sázavou and the second condition was that it has more than 25 employees. The results of this work can contribute to the improvement of cooperation between employers and the Employment office, although these results cannot be generalized to all employers. Furthermore, work can give employers a look at the opportunities that the Employment office of the Czech Republic provides in the employment of people with disabilities.
