[cze][eng] Tématem bakalářské práce je zjištění spokojenosti zákonných zástupců uživatelů služeb zařízení se službami poskytovanými týdenním stacionářem Domov Žlutý Petrklíč, z.s. Teoretická část se zabývá třemi základními okruhy. První okruh se zabývá základními informacemi týkající se sociálních služeb a spokojenosti. Další kapitola se věnuje týdennímu stacionáři Domov Žlutý Petrklíč, z.s. V poslední kapitole se věnuji cílové skupině osob se zdravotním postižením, kde charakterizuji jednotlivé typy postižení, věnuji si rodině, životem těchto jedinců, komunikací a péčí o osoby se zdravotním postižením. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit spokojenost zákonných zástupců uživatelů služeb v týdenním stacionáři se službami, které mají být realizovány ve prospěch lidí s mentálním postižením či lidí s kombinovaným postižením v Domově Žlutý Petrklíč, z.s. V rámci výzkumu byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka a šest dílčích výzkumných otázek. K dosažení cíle výzkumu byla využita technika kvalitativního výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkum je zpracovaný technikou vytváření trsů. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že ačkoliv se jedná o zařízení, které je v plném provozu teprve pár let, spokojenost s poskytovanými službami je opravdu vysoká. Během výzkumu byl velmi vyzdvihován především personál, ale i příjemné prostředí, ve kterém se stacionář nachází. Z výsledků dále vyplývá, že zařízení by mohlo zvážit možnost aktivit typu canisterapie, hipoterapie nebo nějakou formu rehabilitace pro klienty. Přestože slabou stránkou jsou považovány nižší finance, které by mohly být využité právě v rámci zavedení nových aktivit, mohli bychom na základě výsledků považovat za slabší stránku spíše stravování, které získalo nejvíce připomínek. A to i přesto, že se zde nejedná o nespokojenost v rámci této oblasti poskytovaných služeb. Celkově tento výzkum ukázal spokojenost s poskytovanými službami a také fakt, že všichni komunikační partneři hovoří o tomto zařízení jako o velmi kvalitním. V závěru práce je uvedeno, jaký přínos tato práce může pro zařízení mít. The topic of this bachelor thesis is to determine the satisfaction of legal representatives of users of facility services with the services provided by the weekly care centre Domov Žlutý Petrklíč, z.s. The theoretical part is focused on three basic areas. The first section deals with primary information about social services and about satisfaction. The next chapter analyze the weekly care centre Domov Žlutý Petrklíč, z.s. In the last chapter I deal with the target group of people with disabilities, characterise the various types of disabilities, focus on the family, the lives of these individuals, communication and care of people with disabilities. The practical part evaluates the results of the research, the aim of which was to determine the satisfaction of legal representatives of service users in the weekly care centre, which services should be implemented for the benefit of people with mental disabilities or people with combined disabilities in the Domov Žlutý Petrklíč, z.s. Within the project the main research question, together with six partial research questions, was determined. The project used qualitative research technique to achieve its purpose. The method of semi-structured interview was used for data collection and the research is carried out using the technique of creating bunches. The research showed that although it is a facility that has been in full operation for only a few years, satisfaction with the services provided is really high. The staff and the pleasant environment in which the care center is located was praised during the research. The results also showed that the facility could consider the possibility of activities such as canistherapy, hippotherapy or some other form of rehabilitation for clients. Although lower funds, which could be used in the framework of the introduction of new activities, are considered as a weak point, based on the results, we could much more consider the food provided by the facility as the weak point, since it received the most comments. Overall, this research showed satisfaction with the services provided as well as it showed that all communication partners speak of this device as a solid one with high quality of services provided. At the end of the work it is stated what benefit this research can have towards the examined care centre.
