Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací dětských domovů v Jihočeském kraji s orgány sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak probíhá spolupráce sociálních pracovníků v dětských domovech s orgány sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce se zabývám rodinou, orgánem sociálně právní ochrany dětí, náhradní rodinnou péčí, ústavní péčí, a nakonec i spoluprací dětských domovů s orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Praktická část práce se věnuje výzkumu průběhu spolupráce vybraných dětských domovů v Jihočeském kraji s orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále se zabývá hlavními oblastmi spolupráce a jednotlivým úskalím této spolupráce. K realizaci výzkumu byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, metoda dotazování a technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovor byl postaven na základě teoretických poznatků. Pro vyhodnocení dat bylo použito otevřené kódování v podtextu realizovaného rozhovoru. Výběrový soubor byl tvořen šesti dětskými domovy z Jihočeského kraje, kteří projevili zájem se podílet na této práci. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byly zodpovězeny jednotlivé výzkumné otázky i cíl práce. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že spolupráce dětských domovů s orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí je velmi individuální, vždy záleží na samotné osobnosti konkrétního sociálního pracovníka. Přestože tato spolupráce není nikde přesně stanovena, je i tak velmi důležitá a rozhodně by se neměla považovat za pouhý formální přístup. The bachelor's thesis deals with the Cooperation of Children's Homes in the South Bohemia region with Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children. The aim of bachelor's thesis is to find out how the Cooperation of Social Workers in Children's Homes with Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children takes place. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the work, I deal with the family, Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children, substitute family care, institutional care and finally the Cooperation of Children's Homes with Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children. The practical part of the work is devoted to the research of the Cooperation of selected Children's Homes in the South Bohemia Region with Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children. Also, it deals with the main areas of Cooperation and the individual difficulties of this Cooperation. The research part of the thesis was implemented by using a qualitative form of research, an interview method, and a semi-structured interview. The interview was based on theoretical knowledge. The open coding in the subtext of the interview was used to evaluate the data. The sample consisted of six Children's Homes in the South Bohemia Region, who showed interest in participating in this thesis. Based on the research, the individual research questions and the aim of the thesis were answered. The results showed that the Cooperation of Children's Homes with Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children is very individual, it always depends on the personality of a particular social worker. Although this Cooperation is not specified anywhere, it is still very important and should certainly not be considered as a mere formal approach.
