Tato diplomová práce je součástí projektu s názvem Vybrané aspekty managementu sociální práce (registrační číslo GAJU 052/2019/S). Cílem této práce je analýza potřeb organizací poskytujících sociální služby z pohledu manažerů neboli ředitelů těchto organizací. Výzkum probíhal ve třech vlnách sběru dat v období od 09/2020 až do 03/2021. První vlna sběru dat byla uskutečněna (po třech měsících) v 09/2020, která s odstupem času mapovala zpětně situaci začínající pandemie covidu - 19, probíhala v březnu 2020. Následující vlny sběru dat byly spuštěny v časovém intervalu po třech měsících čili v 12/2020 a v 03/2021. Jedná se o kvalitativní data, která byla získána prostřednictvím realizovaných rozhovorů pomocí metody CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). Vzhledem k probíhající pandemii covidu - 19 byly polostrukturované rozhovory transformovány do distanční formy. Data byla zpracována otevřeným, axiálním a selektivním kódováním, ze kterých byla následně vytvořena schémata. Poté byla tato schémata z jednotlivých vln sběru dat porovnána metodou kontrastování mezi jednotlivými vlnami. Výzkum nalézá odpovědi na modifikaci vnímaných potřeb organizací poskytujících sociální služby v jednotlivých vlnách sběru dat během pandemie covidu - 19. Výsledky budou předloženy oběma krajům pro případnou konstrukci krajských krizových plánů v podobných situacích a taktéž organizacím, které se výzkumu účastnily. Konkrétní metody a postupy mohou být vodítkem pro tvorbu krizových plánů i v těchto dílčích organizacích. This diploma thesis is part of a project called Selected Aspects of Social Work Management (registration number GAJU 052/2019 / S). The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the needs of organizations providing social services from the perspective of managers or directors of these organizations. The research took place in three waves of data collection in the period (after three months) from 09/2020 to 03/2021. The first wave of data collection began place in 09/2020, which over time mapped the situation of the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, which started in March 2020. Subsequent waves of data collection started in a time interval of three months, ie in 12/2020 and in 03 / 2021. These are qualitative data that were obtained through interviews using the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) method. Due to the on going covid - 19 pandemic, semi - structured interviews were transformed into a distance form. The data were processed by open, axial and selective coding, from which diagrams were subsequently created. Then, these schemes from individual waves of data collection were compared by the method of contrasting between individual waves. The research finds answers to the modification of the perceived needs of organizations providing social services in individual waves of data collection during the covid - 19 pandemic. The results will be presented to both regions for the possible construction of regional crisis plans in similar situations and also to the organizations that participated in the research. Specific methods and procedures can be a guide for the creation of crisis plans in these sub-organizations as well.
