Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá historii Šumavy v porovnání s aktuálním cestovním ruchem v dané oblasti. Seznámení s přírodními a historickými atraktivitami cestovního ruchu na Šumavě a následné zjišťování kvality životního prostředí s ohledem na nejvíce turisticky navštěvovaná místa. Hlavní metodika potřebná k dosažení cíle je získání dat pomocí dotazníků a následné statistické vyhodnocení. Dotazníky jsem osobně sbírala na 6 vybraných turisticky nejvíce vytížených místech. Dále jsem zhodnotila závislosti identifikačních otázek ve vztahu zkoumané problematiky. Závěrem práce je návrh na rozvoj turismu v méně zatížené oblasti na Šumavě. This bachelor thesis examines the history of Šumava in comparison with the current tourism in the area. It introduces the natural and historical tourist attractions in Sumava and then examines the quality of the environment with regard to the most visited tourist sites. The main methodology needed to achieve the objective is to collect data using questionnaires and subsequent statistical evaluation. I personally collected the questionnaires at 6 selected most touristic places. Furthermore, I evaluated the dependencies of the identification questions in relation to the issues under study. The thesis concludes with a proposal for the development of tourism in a less busy area in Šumava.
