Cílem naší práce bylo porovnat elitní adolescentní a dospělé triatlonisty z Jihočeského kraje na základě výsledků ze spiroergometru na běhátku a bicyklu. Veškerá měření proběhla v Laboratoři funkční zátěžové diagnostiky na KTVS PF JU. Mezi zkoumané parametry patřila hodnoty VO2max, dechový objem, minutová ventilace, dechová frekvence, tělesné procento tuku. Zátěžové testy byly uskutečněny za pomocí běžeckého ergometru Cortex metacontrol 3 000 a bicyklového ergometru LODE Excalibrum Sport. Další využitým přístrojem pro zjištění informací o tělesném složení bylo využito bioimpedančního přístroje Tanita BC 481 MA. Jedním ze sledovaných parametrů byla hodnota VO2max, která byla u adolescentů větší než u dospělých. U adolescentů byla 67,8 ? 6,3 ml.min-1.kg-1 na bicyklu a 69,2 ? 4,9 ml.min-1.kg-1 na běhátku. U dospělých tato hodnota 67,8 ? 7,2 ml.min-1kg-1 na bicyklu a 65,8 ? 8,61 ml.min-1.kg-1 na běhátku. V ostatních námi sledovaných ventilačních parametrech, kromě dechového objemu na bicyklu jsme zaznamenali větší hodnoty u dospělých. Hodnota VO2max byla pak vyšší u obou souborů na běhátku z tohoto důvodu se domníváme, že triatlonisté jsou spíše běžci než cyklisté. Dále jsme zjistili, že rozdíl hodnoty VO2max je u triatlonistů menší, než u běžců a cyklistů. I přes nedokončený vývoj mají adolescentní triatlonisté Jihočeského kraje vyšší hodnotu VO2max než dospělí. The main aim of our work was to compare adolescent and adult elite triathletes from the South Bohemia region based on the results from the spiroergometry testing on the treadmill and bicyle. All of the tests were performed in the Lab of functional stress diagnosis at the KTVS PF JU. The testing parameters included the values of VO2max, tidal volume, minute ventilation, respiratory rate and the percentage of a body fat. Stress test were performed thanks to running ergomerer Cortex metacontrol 3 000 and a bicycle ergometer LODE Excalibrum Sport. The Tanita BC 481 MA is a bioimpendatory machine that was used to get informations about a body composition. One of the monitored values was the level of VO2max which was higher in adolescents than in adults. The values in the adults were 67,8 ? 6,3 ml.min-1.kg-1 on the bicycle and 69,2 ? 4,9 ml.min-1.kg-1 on the treadmill. In other monitored ventilation parameters, except a tidal volume on the bicycle, we measured higher values in the adults. The vaule of the VO2max was higher in the both categories and for this reason we suppose that triathletes are rather more runners than cyclists. The next thing we came up to is that the differences of the VO2max values are lower in the triathletes than in the runners and cyclists. The adolescent triathletes from the South Bohemia region have higher values of the VO2max than the adults despite their incomplete physical development.
