Diplomová práce se zabývá vzájemným propojením pozitivní psychologie a sociální práce. Nejprve jsou oba obory vymezeny a následně propojeny. Další část diplomové práce je zaměřena na hlubší poznání pozitivní psychologie z hlediska času, úspěšnosti a v rámci jednotlivých teorií sociální práce. Poslední částí práce je kapitola věnovaná aplikaci silných stránek v profesi sociálních pracovnic, kdy výzkumný soubor tvořilo šest komunikačních partnerek z různých zařízení sociální práce. The thesis deals with the interconnection of positive psychology and social work. First, the two specialization are defined and then linked. The next part of the thesis is focused on a deeper understanding of positive psychology in terms of time, success rates and within the framework of different theories of social work. The last part of the thesis is a chapter on the application of strengths in the social work profession, where the research population consisted of six communication partners from different social work settlings.
