Náplní práce je vymezení možných rizik a komplikací spojených s dlouhodobým sezením na fyzické i duševní zdraví studentů. Teoretická část stručně definuje smysl pohybu v životě člověka a zaměřuje se na změny spojené s životním stylem a na zdravotní potíže způsobené sedavým způsobem života. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění celkové doby, kterou jedinci obvykle tráví sezením, jaké uvedené zdravotní potíže na sobě studenti pociťují a jak kompenzují sezení nejen ve svém volném čase. The aim of the thesis is to define the possible risks and complications associated with long-term sitting on a physical and mental health of students. The theoretical part briefly defines the sense of movement in human life and is also focused on lifestyle changes and health problems caused by sedentary lifestyle. The practical part is focused on determination of the amount of time spent by sitting, what health problems students feel and how they compensate for sitting not only in their free time.
