Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním žákovských znalostí fotosyntézy vodních rostlin. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce je věnována rozdílům mezi fotosyntézou suchozemských rostlin a fotosyntézou vodních rostlin. V literární části je uveden i přehled vybraných učebnic přírodopisu a chemie vzhledem k obsahu tématu fotosyntézy. Literární přehled se na závěr zabývá i kritickými tématy ve výuce přírodopisu, mezi něž právě fotosyntéza patří. Praktická část práce zahrnuje dotazníkového šetření u 157 žáků 8. a 9. tříd vybraných ZŠ. Dotazník vyplňovali i učitelé přírodopisu a chemie základních škol. Z výsledků tohoto výzkumu vyplývá, že žáci mají mylné představy o fotosyntéze vodních rostlin a v některých ohledech nejsou schopni na otázky z dotazníků vůbec odpovědět. This bachelor thesis is concerned with testing students' knowledge of photosynthesis in aquatic plants. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the differences between photosynthesis of terrestrial plants and photosynthesis of aquatic plants. In the literature part, a review of selected textbooks of science and chemistry is also given with regard to the content of the topic of photosynthesis. The literature review concludes with a discussion of critical topics in the teaching of science, including photosynthesis. The practical part of the thesis involves a questionnaire survey of 157 students in 8th and 9th grades of selected primary schools. The questionnaire was also completed by primary school science and chemistry teachers. The results of this research show that the pupils have misconceptions about photosynthesis of aquatic plants and in some respects are not able to answer the questions from the questionnaires at all.
