Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnotami svobody a lidské důstojnosti a jejich zakotvením v mezinárodních dokumentech. Podrobněji se věnuje Úmluvě o právech osob se zdravotním postižením a jejímu článku 19, který hovoří o právu na nezávislý způsob života a zapojení do společnosti. Poté popisuje a porovnává tři projekty komunitního spolubydlení lidí s postižením a bez. Porovnává je z hlediska svobody a důstojného života. Mezi zvolenými projekty jeden funguje jako sociální služba chráněné bydlení (Villa Vallila), druhý je neformální spolubydlení úzce napojené na službu sociální rehabilitace (Spolubyt) a poslední je zcela mimo systém sociálních služeb (Gigabyt). The bachelor´s thesis deals with the values of freedom and human dignity and their protection by international documents. More attention is paid to the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities and article 19 of the Convention, which deals with the right for living independently and being included in the community. Next there is a description and comparison of three projects of co-habitation of people with disabilities and people without them. The comparison is from the point of freedom and dignified life. Among the chosen projects there is one, that acts as a social service sheltered housing (Villa Vallila), the second is informal co-habitation, which is closely connected to service social rehabilitation (Spolubyt), and the last is out of the system of social services absolutely (Gigabyt).
