Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo prozkoumat u všeobecných sester v hospicích jejich psychický a fyzický zdravotní stav, zátěžové situace, copingové strategie, pracovní podmínky a participaci managementu na péči o jejich duševní a tělesné zdraví. The aim of the research was focussed on general nurses in hospices assessing their mental and physical health, stressful situations, coping strategies, working conditions and the participation of management in the care of their mental and physical health.
