Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování fundamentální analýzy vybraného akciového titulu. Analýza stanovuje, jakou má akcie vnitřní hodnotu. V této práci byla analyzována akcie společnosti ČEZ, kde byla vypočtena její vnitřní hodnota a poté byla porovnána s tržní cenou. Pro stanovení vnitřní hodnoty akcie jsou použity dividendové diskontní modely, cash flow modely a historické modely a porovnáním bylo zjištěno, zda byla akcie korektně ohodnocena, nadhodnocena či podhodnocena. Pro výpočet těchto modelů bylo potřeba vycházet z kurzů akcie na Burze cenných papírů Praha, Kurzy.cz a z výročních zpráv společnosti ČEZ. Práce obsahuje kvalitativní výsledky výzkumu a po porovnání modelů s teorií bylo stanoveno doporučení pro investory, zda je výhodné do akcie investovat. The bachelor thesis is focused on processing data collected from the fundamental analysis of the selected stock. The inner value of stock is set by the analysis in which the shares of ČEZ were examined and compared with a market price. Dividend discount models, cash flow models and historical models are used to determine the intrinsic value of the share and the comparison showed whether the shares were correctly valued, overvalued or undervalued. It was necessary for the calculation of these models to rely on the share prices obtained from the Prague Stock Exchange, Kurzy.cz and from the annual reports of ČEZ. The work contains qualitative research results and after comparing models with the theory there was made a recommendation for investors regarding investments in shares.
