Práce se zabývá historií vzdělávání v obci Bernartice mezi léty 1894-1945. Popisuje v pěti kapitolách vývoj školství v obci a vznik nových škol s přihlédnutím k mimořádným událostem. Práce nás v první kapitole seznámí s obecnou historií obce od jejího prvního osídlení do roku 1945 a v této kapitole také mapuje historii vzdělávání od prvních zmínek do roku 1894. Následují kapitoly, které jsou děleny podle dějinných událostí. Všechny kapitoly jsou členěny na stejné podkapitoly, které se zabývají učiteli, žáky, mimoškolními aktivitami, mimořádnými událostmi a válkami. Práce nabízí chronologický přehled vývoje bernartického vzdělávání. The thesis deals with the history of education in the town of Bernartice in between years 1894-1945. In five chapters it describes a progress of education in the town and a foundation of new schools regarding exceptional events. In the first chapter the thesis presents general history of the town from its first settlements until the year 1945 and in that chapter, it also maps the history of education from its first mentions until 1894. The chapters that follow are divided by historical events. All chapters are divided into even subchapters, which describe teachers, pupils, extracurricular activities, unusual events, and wars. The thesis offers chronological overview of the progress of education in Bernartice.
