Práce se zabývá volnočasovými aktivitami v Sezimově Ústí a Plané nad Lužnicí v letech 1900-1950. Práce se skládá z osmi kapitol. První kapitola popisuje pojem volný čas. V druhé kapitole se práce zaměřuje na historii obou obcí. Třetí až osmá kapitola se věnuje volnému času v obcích Sezimovo Ústí a Planá nad Lužnicí a místním volnočasovým spolkům. The bachelor thesis is about leisure activities in Sezimovo Ústí and Planá nad Lužnicí in the years 1900-1950. The thesis consists of eight chapters. The first chapter describes the concept of leisure time. The second chapter describes the history of both towns. Third to eight chapter is about leisure activities and leisure clubs in towns Sezimovo Ústí and Planá nad Lužnicí.
