[cze][eng] Diplomová práce se zabývá mezigenerační solidaritou v kontextu koordinované rehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá pojmy, které souvisejí s tématem diplomové práce. První kapitola je zaměřena na mezigenerační solidaritu jako obecný pojem a dále na mezigenerační solidaritu, se kterou se setkáváme v rodinném prostředí. V této kapitole jsou rovněž zmíněny formy mezigenerační solidarity v rodině. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na koordinovanou rehabilitaci, vymezení jejího pojmu a úkolů. V této kapitole jsou rovněž uvedeny a popsány jednotlivé složky koordinované rehabilitace. Dále je v této kapitole popsáno fungování multidisciplinárního týmu. V závěru druhé kapitoly je popsána Mezinárodní klasifikace funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví, důležité pojmy s ní spojené a dále její zásady a cíle. Třetí kapitola se zabývá zdravotním postižením, jeho vznikem a druhy. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na dítě s postižením a jeho rodinu. V této kapitole je popsáno období, kdy se rodiče vyrovnávají se situací, že se jejich dítě nenarodilo zdravé a dále jsou uvedeny faktory, které ovlivňují přijetí tohoto dítěte rodiči. Ve čtvrté kapitole je rovněž popsáno fungování rodiny dítěte s postižením - vztahy mezi sourozenci, podpora a pomoc ze strany užší i širší rodiny a dále také pomoc a podpora ze strany přátel, širšího okolí a institucí. Tato kapitola rovněž zahrnuje problematiku péče o dítě s postižením jak v domácím prostředí, tak i v pobytových sociálních zařízeních. Závěr čtvrté kapitoly je zaměřen na budoucnost dětí s postižením a její plánování. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakou roli hraje mezigenerační solidarita v péči o děti s postižením. Cíl práce spočívá v zodpovězení stanovených výzkumných otázek. První výzkumná otázka je zaměřena na aspekty života rodin pečujících o děti s postižením, v nichž se setkáváme s mezigenerační solidaritou. Druhá výzkumná otázka zkoumá, zda je mezigenerační solidarita v péči o děti s postižením prostředkem, jež vede k předcházení umisťování těchto dětí do institucionální péče. V empirické části diplomové práce je využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen 6 komunikačními partnery, kteří pečují o dítě s postižením a mají aspoň jedno další zdravé dítě. Výsledky jsou analyzovány pomocí otevřeného kódování. Z výzkumů vyplývá, že mezigenerační solidarita sehrává v životech rodičů dětí s postižením svou roli. Míra významnosti této role je však ovlivněna mnohými individuálními hledisky. Pro rodiny pečující o dítě s postižením je mezigenerační solidarita důležitá především v oblasti emoční a oblasti provozně technické. Právě tyto oblasti mohou výrazně napomoci ke zkvalitnění života celé rodiny. Dále bylo zjištěno, že mezigenerační solidarita může být jedním z faktorů, který rozhoduje o tom, zda rodiče umístí dítě dlouhodobě do institucionální péče. Ukázalo se ovšem, že ne vždy vnímají rodiče celoživotní péči o svého potomka v domácím prostředí jako nejvhodnější variantu. Výsledky výzkumu by mohly být uplatněny v rámci osvěty společnosti, díky které by si osoby blízké rodinám dětí s postižením mohly uvědomit, že i malá pomoc a podpora z jejich strany může být pro tyto rodiny opravdu důležitá. The diploma thesis deals with Intergenerational Solidarity in the context of Coordinated Rehabilitation. The thesis is divided into 2 parts - a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with terms that are related to the topic or the thesis. The first chapter is focused on Intergenerational Solidarity as a general concept and on Intergenerational Solidarity that we might encounter in a family environment. The forms of Intergenerational Solidarity are mentioned in the same chapter. The second chapter is focused on Coordinated Rehabilitation, its definitions and targets, as well as a description of the individual components of Coordinated Rehabilitation. The operations of Multidisciplinary team are described further in this chapter. In the end of the second chapter there is a definition of the International Classification of Functionary, Disability and Health, as well as a definition of important terms, principles and targets. The third chapter deals with a disability, its origin and kinds. The fourth chapter is focused on a child with disability and their family. The period of time when parents are coping with the fact that their child is not healthy is described in this chapter, following are the factors that affect an acceptance of the child with disability by their parents. This chapter also covers functioning of a family with a disabled child - relationships among siblings, support and help from immediate and extended family, friends, community and institutions. Issues related to the special needs kids care in the home environment as well as in the special needs facilities are described in the fourth chapter. The end of the fourth chapter is focused on the future of the children with disabilities. The goal of my thesis is to find out a role of Intergenerational Solidarity in special needs kids care. The goal of the thesis is based on answering research questions. The first question is focused on the aspects of a life of families that are taking care of children with disabilities and where we can meet with Intergenerational Solidarity. The second research question looks into if Intergenerational Solidarity is factor that might affect placing children with disabilities in special needs facilities. In the empirical part of the diploma thesis is used a method of a qualitative research in a form of semi-structured interview. The research is made up by 6 communicative partners who are caring about the kid with disability and have at least 1 healthy kid. The results are analyzed with the help of a open coding. Research shows that Intergenerational Solidarity has its role in the lives of the families with disabled kids. The extent of this importance is affected by many individual factors. Intergenerational Solidarity is primarily important in emotional and technical assistance. These fields can significantly help to improve life of whole family. Also, it was discovered that Intergenerational Solidarity might be one of the crucial factors that help to decide if the kids will be places in special needs facilities in a long term. But it emerged that not always parents see an avoidance of an institutional care as the best for their kid. The results of the research could be used to to raise an awareness among people that are close to the family that even a little help from them can play a great importance for the family.
