Tato práce si klade za cíl zjistit u poskytovatelů služby domov pro seniory způsob, jak vytvářejí a zavádějí Standardy kvality do poskytování péče prostřednictvým svých zaměstnanců. V práci jsou charakterizovány všechny Standardy kvality, které jsou poskytovatelům sociálních služeb dány zákonem a které jsou i jedním z důležitých kritérií hodnocení sociální služby. The target of this thesis is to find out from providers of the senior home service the way how they elaborate and introduce the Quality Standards in providing care through their employees. In the thesis, all the Quality standards witch are set by law for social services providers and whitch are also one of the important criteria of social service evalution are characterized.
