[cze][eng] Sportovní utkání jsou součástí společenského života a je potřeba během jejich konání zajistit bezpečnost pro jejich účastníky a návštěvníky. V České republice existuje pro tuto potřebu řada právních i jiných dokumentů a norem, na jejichž základě se sportovní události zajišťují a pořádají. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu zákonů, norem, opatření a znalostí návštěvníků hokejových utkání v Budvar aréně v Českých Budějovicích v oblasti bezpečnosti. Zároveň je provedena analýza bezpečnostních opatření při hokejových utkáních pomocí dostupné dokumentace. Pro docílení záměru bakalářské práce byla stanovena výzkumná otázka: "Shodují se znalosti veřejnosti, navštěvující Budvar arénu při hokejových utkáních s bezpečnostními opatřeními pro danou událost?". Teoretická část je věnována zejména problematice legislativní, určující pravidla bezpečnosti při hokejových utkáních v České republice, přičemž jsou využity i další dostupné dokumenty. Bakalářská práce se dotýká i odborného názvosloví z oblasti bezpečnosti, teorie sportu se zaměřením na lední hokej, s čímž souvisí popis vlastností látek, vyskytujících se na zimních stadionech. Teoretická část práce také obsahuje informace nejen o činnosti fyzické ostrahy během hokejových utkání a zároveň rizika a příklady mimořádných událostí na sportovních stadionech ve světě. Ve výzkumné části práce byla řešena výzkumná otázka, která byla zodpovězena na základě porovnání dostupných bezpečnostních opatření pro hokejové zápasy v Budvar aréně a znalostí návštěvníků hokejových utkání v této oblasti, získaných formou dotazníku. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 100 osob. Výsledky byly pro přehlednost graficky znázorněny. Bylo zjištěno, že znalosti veřejnosti, navštěvující Budvar arénu při hokejových utkáních, se v průměru ze 57,43 % neshodují s bezpečnostními opatřeními pro danou událost. Výsledky výzkumné části mohou být využity jako zdroj informací pro pořadatele sportovních akcí v Budvar aréně. Zároveň mohou posloužit jako výukový materiál v této oblasti.Sport games are part of social life and so it is important to ensure the safety for its participants and visitors. In Czech republic there are for such need many various law and other types of documents and regulations, which are decisive for the event planning. The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze law, safety standards, security measures and knowledge of the visitors, who attend ice hockey matches in Budvar arena in České Budějovice, about the security area. The analysis of the available security measures during the ice hockey matches is included as well. To achieve the goal of this Bachelor thesis following research question was set: "Does the knowledge of the visitors of Budvar arena during the ice hockey matches match with the security measures for such event?". The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the law regulation, on which the security rules in Czech republic are based, while other documents are used as well. Bachelor thesis involves security terminology, sport theory focused on ice hockey, properties of chemicals stored inside the ice arenas. Theory also contains informations about the function of the stewards during the ice hockey matches and also risks and examples of emergency situations, which happened in sport arenas around the world. The research part of this thesis deals with the research question, which was answered thanks to the comparison of the available security measures for the ice hockey matches in Budvar arena and knowledge of its visitors gained through the questionnaire. The questionnaire was filled in by 100 people. The results are graphically portrayed. The answer to the research question is, that knowledge of the visitors of Budvar arena during the ice hockey matches and the security measures for such event does not match in 57,43 %. The results of the research part may be used as a source of information for the organizer of the sport events located in Budvar arena. At the same time, it may serve as a learning material in the security field.
