[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce zaměřená na téma Možnosti a perspektivy sbližování domácí a institucionální péče o seniory se zabývá identifikací rozdílnosti domácí a institucionální péče o seniory a možnostmi využití nabízených služeb. Teoretická část popisuje stáří, proměny provázející stáří (fyzické, psychické, sociální a ekonomické změny), institucionální péči o seniory v kontextu zdravotní a sociální péče a možnou adaptaci seniorů na podmínky institucionální péče. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje domácí péči o seniory, kde je popsaná soběstačnost, potřeby seniorů a modely domácí péče. Empirická část je zaměřena na výzkum a získání odpovědí na stanovené výzkumné otázky, které byly pro každou skupinu respondentů jiné. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen šesti respondenty v institucionální péči ve věku 64 až 87 let, pro které bylo zvoleno zastoupení klientů z DPS Domova Božice, p. o. Druhý výzkumný soubor byl tvořen šesti seniory v domácí péči ve věku 72 až 89 let. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán metodou sněhové koule. Pro výzkum byla zvolena strategie kvalitativního výzkumu, jako forma sběru dat byl použit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. V rámci rozhovoru vznikly kategorie, které vedly k vyhodnocení dat a ty byly vyhodnoceny pomocí otevřeného kódování. Operacionalizace základních pojmů vycházela z výzkumných otázek. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že je nutné seniorům a rodinám pečujícím o seniora v domácím prostředí podávat včasné informace o možnostech, které mají a které by jim v této nelehké situaci mohly pomoci. Pro některé by informovanost mohla zajistit delší pobyt v domácí péči či urychlení nástupu do konkrétního zařízení, kde by bylo o seniora řádně postaráno. Větší míra informovanosti by se pak mohla promítnout i v možnostech sbližování domácí a institucionální péče, ve kterých vidím možnou perspektivu. Bakalářská práce bude sloužit jako zpětná vazba pro Domov Božice, p.o - Domov pro seniory, kde byl výzkum po písemném souhlasu paní ředitelky realizován. Výsledky výzkumu budou využity k identifikaci domácí a institucionální péči o seniory a jejich možné perspektivě sbližování.The bachelor's thesis, is focused on the topic of possibilities and perspectives of convergence of home and institutional care for the elderly deals with the identifications of differences between home and institutional care for the elderly and the possibilities of using services that are offered. The theoretical part describes the old age, changes accompanying old age (physical, psychological, social and economic changes), institutional care for the elderly in the context of health and social care and possible adaptation of seniors to institutional care. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with home care for the elderly, which describes self-sufficiency, the needs of seniors and models of home care. The empirical part is focused on research and obtaining answers to establish research questions, which were different for each group of respondents. The research group consisted of six respondents in institutional care aged 64-87 years, for whom the representation of the clients from the DPS of Home Božice p.o. The second research group consisted of six seniors in home care aged 72 to 89 years. The research set was selected using the snowball method. A qualitative research strategy was chosen for the research, and a semi-structured interview was used as a form of data collection. Categories were created during the interviews, that helped with the evaluation of the data and were conducted using open coding.The operationalisation of basic concepts was based on research questions. The research shows that it is necessary to provide seniors and families caring for the elderly in the home environment with timely information about the possibilities they have and which could help them in this challenging situation. For some, the information could ensure a more extended stay in home care or speed up entry to a specific facility, where the senior would be appropriately taken cared for. A greater degree of informants could then be reflected in the possibilities of converging home and institutional care in which I see a possible perspective. The bachelor's thesis will serve as feedback for the Božice p.o Home - Home for the Elderly, where the research was realized with the written consent of the director. The results of the research will be used to identify home and institutional care for the elderly and their possible perspective of convergence.
