Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím vybraných technik práce s klienty v domově se zvláštním režimem. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat, jakým způsobem využívají zaměstnanci domovů se zvláštním režimem vybrané techniky práce se seniory se syndromem demence. Jedná se o aktuální tematiku, jelikož stále přibývá počet osob s tímto onemocněním, které si vyžadují speciální péči. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis dané problematiky a definování důležitých pojmů na základě odborné literatury a legislativy - demence, služby vhodné pro seniory s demencí, vybrané techniky práce se seniory s demencí aj. V praktické části se pak práce zabývá výzkumem, na základě, kterého bylo mapováno využití jednotlivých technik práce - bazální stimulace, smyslová aktivizace, psychobiografický model péče podle Erwina Böhma v rámci domovů se zvláštním režimem na území Středočeského kraje, přičemž tato část představuje výsledky, kterých bylo v rámci výzkumu docíleno. Pro zpracování výzkumu v praktické části této bakalářské práce byla vybrána strategie kvalitativního výzkumu. V rámci této strategie byla zvolena metoda dotazování společně s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Na základě výzkumu se ukázalo např. to, že zaměstnanci využívají techniku bazální stimulace, smyslové aktivizace a psychobiografický model péče podle Erwina Böhma ve vzájemném souladu. Výsledky výzkumu poslouží jako zpětná vazba zúčastněným informantkám a jako podklad pro možné zefektivnění práce s vybranými technikami v rámci domovů se zvláštním režimem. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of selected techniques in working with clients in a home with special regime. The aim of the bachelor 's thesis was to map how employees of homes with special regime use selected techniques in working with seniors with dementia syndrome. This is a topical issue, as the number of people with this disease who require special care is constantly increasing. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the issue and the definition of important terms based on literature and legislation - dementia, services suitable for seniors with dementia, selected techniques in working with seniors with dementia etc. In the practical part, the work deals with research. The research mapped the use of individual work techniques - basal stimulation, sensory activation, psychobiographical model of care Erwin Böhm in homes with a special regime in the Central Bohemian Region, and this part presents the results achieved in the research. The strategy of qualitative research was chosen for the elaboration of the research in the practical part of this bachelor 's thesis. Within this strategy, the method of questioning was chosen together with the technique of semi-structured interview. Research has shown, for example, that employees use the technique of basal stimulation, sensory activation and the psychobiographical model of care Erwin Böhm in harmony with each other. The results of the research will serve as feedback to the informants involved in the research and as a subject for possible streamlining in work with selected techniques in homes with a special regime.
