Cílem této práce je správně definovat a přiblížit problematiku somatoviscerálních a viscerosomatických vztahů, popsat nejčastěji se vyskytující vertebroviscerální, ale i visceroviscerální vztahy a nejčastější projekce vnitřních orgánů do pohybového aparátu. Práce upozorňuje na opomíjení těchto známých faktů v diferenciální diagnostice, která nezřídka vede k diagnostické chybě a pacient je odeslán na rehabilitaci, přestože primárně trpí chorobou interního orgánu. Na straně fyzioterapeuta potom dochází k chybám v nastavení terapie, která za určitých okolností může pacientovi ublížit či může nastat opačná situace, kdy pacient přijde s podezřením na interní onemocnění, ale přes všechny vyšetření se nenajde žádná patologie. Zejména pokud je problém v pohybovém aparátu, je možné pacientovi vhodně zvolenou terapií ulevit. Z různých zdrojů literatury jsou popsány časté viscerální vzorce a velká část poznatků je čerpána z lékařských publikací, zejména z oboru interního lékařství a neurologie. Většina zdrojů je z posledních pěti až deseti let a informace jsou tedy aktuální. Poslední kapitola je věnována viscerální terapii podle konceptu autorů Barrala a Merciera. Jednotlivé metody a techniky jsou zaznamenány pomocí fotografie a uspořádány přehledně podle orgánů a orgánových soustav. The aim of this work is to correctly define and approach the issue of somatovisceral and viscerosomatic relations, to describe the most common vertebrovisceral, but also viscerovisceral relations and the most common projections of internal organs into the musculoskeletal system. The work draws attention to the neglect of these known facts in differential diagnosis, which often leads to a diagnostic error and the patient is sent to rehabilitation, even though he primarily suffers from an internal organ disease. On the side of the physiotherapist, errors might occur in the setting of therapy, which in certain circumstances may harm the patient. Or the opposite situation may occur, where the patient suspects an internal disease, but despite all the examinations, no pathology is found. Especially if there is a problem in the musculoskeletal system, it is possible to relieve the patient with a suitably chosen therapy. Frequent visceral patterns are described from various sources, and much of the knowledge is drawn from medical publications, especially in the field of internal medicine and neurology. Most sources are from the last five to ten years, so the information is up to date. The last chapter is devoted to visceral therapy according to the concept of the authors Barral and Mercier. Individual methods and techniques are recorded by using photography and arranged clearly according to organs and organ systems.
