Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím sociální práce v oblasti sociálního bydlení. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza výkonu sociální práce s klienty užívající sociální byt s důrazem na úspěšnost daného klienta. Ke zpracování diplomové práce byla využita kvalitativní technika sběru dat, při které byla využita především analýza dokumentů a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Na základě sesbíraných dat byly sepsány dvě případové studie, ve kterých jsou popsány základní informace o účastnících výzkumu a následně jejich posun v oblasti sociálního bydlení. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že sociální práce v oblasti sociálního bydlení hraje velmi důležitou roli. Je zde nutná spolupráce s více subjekty, které budou s uživateli sociálních bytů spolupracovat. Metody a techniky sociální práce, které jsou využívány v oblasti sociálního bydlení, jsou závislé na daném problému klienta. Sociální pracovníci ovšem často využívají motivační rozhovory, sociální poradenství, úkolově orientovaný přístup apod. Nedílnou součástí, je ovšem motivace klienta ke změně. Pokud bude klient pouhým pasivním uživatelem služby, nebude se aktivně zapojovat do spolupráce se sociálním pracovníkem, i s dalším sociálními službami, nemůže tak dojít ke změně, jak v oblasti bydlení, tak v sociální a finanční oblasti rodiny. Tato práce by mohla posloužit jako náhled do celkové problematiky lidí v bytové nouzi a na spolupráci sociálního pracovníka obce, případně dalších sociálních služeb, které se touto problematikou zabývají. This diploma thesis focuses on the use of social work in the area of social housing. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the performance of social work with clients using social housing, with an emphasis on the level of positive impact on the client's living conditions. In the preparation of this thesis, qualitative techniques for data collection were employed, namely the analysis of documents and semi-structured interviews. Based on the data collected, two case studies were drawn up which contain descriptions of basic information about the participants in the research and, consequently, their progress in the area of social housing. Research has shown that social work in the area of social housing plays a critical role. In order to succeed, the agencies involved must not only work with the social housing clients directly, but also cooperate among themselves. The methods and techniques of social work chosen to be employed in any particular social housing area depend on the specific problems of the client. However, social workers often use techniques similar to, and including, motivational interviews, counselling and the implementation of a task-centred approach. An integral part of any process is the client's motivation to change. Should the client remain only a passive user of the service and not actively cooperate with their social worker and other social services, change will not happen in either the housing area or in regards to the social and financial circumstances of the family. This work is designed to serve as an insight into the general issues of people with housing difficulties and the efforts and cooperation of a council's social worker, and other relevant social services dealing with this issue.
