Tématem této práce je Fyzioterapie zaměřená na posturální systém a tkáně dolních končetin u dětí věnujících se fotbalu, kde se zaměřuji na vliv hluboké stabilizace, na celkové držení těla a tkáně, zejména svalů dolních končetin. Domnívám se, že význam hluboké stabilizace je často opomíjen v rámci tréninkových jednotek hráčů fotbalu, zejména těch dětských. Současné trendy kladou důraz především na výkon a až v té podřadnější fázi na stav samotného hráče, který může mít vliv i na samotný výkon. Bez preventivních opatření, jako jsou různé druhy kompenzačních cvičení, mohou vzniknout zdravotní komplikace v podobě zranění, které mohou hráče dále limitovat. Tato cvičení slouží jako prevence vzniku zranění, či kompenzace, tedy vynahrazení jednostranné zátěže, která může nastat. Tato práce se v teoretické části zaměřovala na posturální systém v souvislosti s posturálními funkcemi a hlubokým stabilizačním systémem páteře a jeho souvislostmi s postavením různých segmentů. Dále na biomechanické vlastnosti, především svalové a pojivové tkáně. V návaznosti je zde popsán výčet zranění, která se objevují nejčastěji. V neposlední řadě jsou zde popsány prvky preventivních opatření, ve smyslu kompenzačních cvičení, či využití kompenzačních pomůcek. Jako poslední bod teorie tvoří metodika tréninků dětí z hlediska fyzioterapie. V praktické části jsem se zabýval vyšetřením čtyř probandů ve věkové kategorii mladší žáci ve věku 11-12 let. Při vyšetření jsem se zabýval celkovým držením těla, zkrácenými svaly, posturálními funkcemi a posturální stabilitou, jejíž hodnoty byly zjištěny na posturografu. The thesis concerns with the topic of the physiotherapy which is focused on a postural system and tissues of the lower limbs of children playing football, whereby I focus on the influence of the deep stabilization, and the body posture, especially on muscles of the lower limbs. I assume that the importance of the deep stabilization within training units of football players is often ignored, especially talking about children. The current trend puts emphasis primarily on the performance, and only then on the condition of the player themselves which may also affect the performance itself. Without preventive measures, such as various types of compensatory exercises, medical complications may occur in the form of injuries, and these may further limit the player. These exercises serve as an injury prevention or as the compensation of unilateral load which may occur. The theoretical part of the thesis was focused on the postural system in connection with postural functions and the deep core stabilizing system and its connection with the position of various segments. Furthermore, it was focused on biomechanical features, especially muscle and connective tissues which are of high importance by football players, moreover, these are often injury-prone. This section is followed by the list of injuries which occur most. Also, the elements of preventive measures are described here, such as compensatory exercises or the use of compensatory utilities, and the last section of the theoretical part features the methodology of training children in terms of physiotherapy. In the practical part I dealt with the examination of four probands - children aged 11-12. In the examination I concerned with the body posture, the shortening of muscles fibres, postural functions and the postural stability which was detected by posturography.
