[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice bolesti v oblasti krční páteře, konkrétně se zabývá bolestmi, které vznikají z důsledku přetížení tohoto úseku a tomu, jakými způsoby k přetížení v oblasti krční páteře dochází. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat vybrané fyzioterapeutické postupy, které mohou ulevit od bolesti krční páteře, nebo je odstranit. Druhým cílem bylo popsání základních ergonomických požadavků při práci vsedě u pracovního stolu. Dalším cílem bylo navrhnout a vytvořit cvičební jednotku pro autoterapii u pacientů s bolestmi krční páteře z čímž souvisí poslední cíl práce, kterým bylo vytvoření edukačního materiálu pro pacienty s ukázkou cvičební jednotky úlevových cviků. V teoretické části je nejdříve popsána anatomie krční páteře, zahrnující popis obratlů, struktur, spojujících páteř a svalů, které tento úsek páteře obklopují. Dále jsem se zabývala popisem mechanismů, kterými může k přetěžování krční páteře docházet. Velkou pozornost jsem v teoretické části práce poskytla popisu vybraných možností fyzioterapie sloužících k léčbě bolestí v oblasti krční páteře. Závěr teoretické části jsem věnovala ergonomii sedu, kdy jsem definovala pojem ergonomie a důkladně popsala správnou pracovní polohu vsedě a správný sed. V praktické části práce jsem provedla kvalitativní výzkum, kdy jsem u 5 probandů trpících častými bolestmi v oblasti krční páteře a trávících minimálně 6 hodin denně sezením, provedla vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Tento kineziologický rozbor sestával z anamnézy, vyšetření aspekcí a palpací, dynamických testů páteře a svalového testu. Jednotlivá vyšetření byla provedena v rozmezí 2 měsíců. V tomto meziobdobí měli probandi za úkol cvičit mnou sestavenou jednotku cviků, kterou jsem navrhla na začátku praktické části práce. Tato cvičební jednotka byla zaměřená především na protahování a uvolňování oblasti krční páteře a vytvořena tak, aby byla prostorově i časově nenáročná a probandi ji tak mohli provádět kdykoliv ve škole či zaměstnání. Tuto jednotku měli probandi za úkol cvičit po dobu 2 měsíců alespoň 3x do týdne. U probandů jsem při vstupním vyšetření také zhodnotila jejich pracovní pozici a následně ji upravila tak, aby docházelo k co nejmenšímu zatěžování pohybového aparátu. Na konci výzkumu jsem vstupní a výstupní data porovnala. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že pomocí nastavení správné ergonomické pozice sedu a pravidelným cvičením zaměřeným na protahování a posílení oblasti krční páteře, lze snížit napětí přetížených svalů této oblasti a následně tak předcházet a ulevit od bolesti. Bakalářská práce může být využita v klinické praxi fyzioterapeuty, kteří se zabývají problematikou bolestivosti v oblasti krční páteře. Informace obsažené v této bakalářské práci mohou také sloužit jako edukační materiál laické veřejnosti, která je vznikem těchto obtíží ohrožena, nebo ji tento problém již souží. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of cervical spine pain. Specifically, the thesis deals with pain caused by overloading of this area and examines by what means this overloading is created. The aim of the work was to map selected physiotherapeutic procedures that can relieve or eliminate cervical spine pain. The second goal was to describe the basic ergonomic requirements for working sitting at a desk. Another goal was to design and create an exercise unit for autotherapy in patients with cervical spine pain, which is related to the last goal of the work, which was to create educational material for patients with a demonstration of exercise unit for relief exercises. Firstly, the theoretical part describes the anatomy of the cervical spine, including a description of the vertebrae, structures connecting the spine and the muscles that surround this section of the spine. I further dealt with the description of the mechanisms by which cervical spine can be overloaded. In the theoretical part of the work, I provided great attention to the description of selected physiotherapy options used to treat the cervical spine pain. The conclusion of the theoretical part was devoted to the ergonomics of sitting, where I defined the term of ergonomics and thoroughly described the correct working position while sitting and the correct way of sitting. In the practical part of the work, I conducted qualitative research, in which I performed input and output kinesiological analysis in 5 probands suffering from frequent cervical spine pain, who were at the same time spending at least 6 hours a day sitting. This kinesiological analysis consisted of anamnesis, examination of aspects and palpations, dynamic tests of the spine and a muscle test. Individual examinations were performed within 2 months. During these 2 months, the probands had the task of practicing my exercise unit, which I created at the beginning of the practical part of the work. This exercise unit was focused primarily on stretching and relaxing the cervical spine and was designed to be space-saving and time-saving so that probands could perform it at any time at school or work. The probands were tasked with training this unit for 2 months at least 3 times a week. During the initial examination, I also evaluated the working position of probands and subsequently adjusted it so that the musculoskeletal system was loaded as little as possible. At the end of the research, I compared the input and output data. The results of the research show that by setting the right ergonomic sitting position and regular exercises focused on stretching and strengthening the cervical spine area, it is possible to reduce the tension of overloaded muscles in this area and subsequently prevent and relieve the pain. This bachelor thesis can be used in the clinical practice by physiotherapists who deal with the issue of pain in the cervical spine. The information contained in this bachelor's thesis can also serve as an educational material for the general public, which is endangered by arising of these difficulties or is already suffering from this problem.
