Cílem práce je zhodnotit připravenost zdravotnických zařízení, nemocnic v Jihočeském kraji, na výpadek pitné vody. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou vody a její úpravou, pitnou vodou, vodním hospodářstvím jak u nás v České republice, tak v Evropě celkově. Dále jsou uvedeny informace o krizovém plánování ve vodním hospodářství, náhradních dodávkách pitné vody a samozřejmě o krizovém plánování ve zdravotnictví. Připravenost nemocnic na výpadek pitné vody je hodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy. K vypracování SWOT analýzy sloužily odpovědi jednotlivých pracovníků z nemocnic na předem stanovené otázky. Na základě odpovědí jednotlivých nemocnic a výsledků SWOT analýzy vyplývá, že většina nemocnic nemá problém se zajištěním pitné vody. V případě jejího výpadku mají některé nemocnice například své vlastní vrty, které z části pokryjí potřebu pitné vody v jejich areálu, nebo mají přívod vody ze dvou zdrojů, tudíž mohou využít vždy jeden z nich. Ohrožení dodávek pitné vody je pro všechny převážně stejné. Převažují živelní pohromy, black out, nebo třeba havárie na vodovodní síti. Krizová situace hrozí také v případech havárií na nejdůležitějších zdrojích pitné vody, například na vodním díle Římov. V dnešní době musíme zvážit i riziko antropogenní, a to například cílený útok na nemocnici, nebo zdroj pitné vody. Main goal of this thesis is to assess preparedness of health facilities, hospitals in South Bohemia region for drinkable water supply cut. The theoretical part deals with the issue of water and its treatment, drinking water, water management both in the Czech Republic and in Europe in general. Hospital preparedness for water supply cut is assessed using a SWOT analysis. The answers of individual hospital staff to predetermined questions were used to prepare the SWOT analysis. Based on the answers from individual hospitals and the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that majority of hospitals have no problems with drinking water supply. In the event of a failure, some hospitals have, for example, their own wells, which partly cover the need for drinking water on their premises, or have a water supply from two sources, so they can always use one of them. The threats to drinking water supplies are mostly the same for everyone. Dominant threats are natural disasters, black out, or accidents on the water supply network. The crisis situation is also threatened in the event of accidents at the most important sources of drinking water, such as the Římov dam. Today, we must also consider the risk of anthropogenic, such as a targeted attack on a hospital or a source of drinking water.
